I have known and worked with Drew from the time he was starting Intrepid to the present and through all the years I could always count on he and his staff to provide the knowledge about the material I was buying, quality customer service and the assurance that it was Drew himself that was purchasing the stone that I was selling to my customers. Drew is a dynamic professional in the business of tile and stone sales. He has brought to Portland the rich tastes of southern California and from around the world, offering select products difficult to find elsewhere. In addition, he has a very personal way about him and wears his title lightly. His staff are friendly and knowledgeable; I am very comfortable sending my customers to his showroom and recommending Intrepid to my colleagues. They are movers and shakers working very hard to constantly improve and serve up some of the finest products in the industry.

They offer a beautiful and varied selection of natural stone slab and tile for our customers to choose from for their remodeling projects. We appreciate their in-depth knowledge of all things stone and wonderful customer service they provide.

I got material that was sourced through this vendor and they mislabeled it as quartzite. It is incredibly soft, and susceptible to etching and staining. If you want to buy anything though them, I would suggest insisting on an independent lab report prior to purchasing or getting a sample of the material to see how soft it is yourself. My countertops are beautiful now, but even small metal items dropped from a few inches above puts a noticeable chip in the surface. I am very unhappy.

I've had the good fortune to work with the folks at intrepid marble and granite for several years. There is so much I could say about them, it could fill a book. Most importantly is that they carry some of the finest quality stone products in the Portland area. I've alays been able to find the finest selection whether I'm working with a very budget conscious client or a high end remodel. The layout of the showroom is superb and viewing products is easy. Unlike other showrooms, intrepid is always happy to disclose pricing with clients who really do need to have a ball park price for what they are looking at. Giving cliemts retail pricing really helps them select a product in thier budget and makes them so much more comfirtable than in so many other showrooms that refuse to give clients pricing without a designer or fabricator present. As for the staff at intrepid, they are all superb. From Drew to Hearher and everyone in between your experience will be amazing. I can't imagine shopping for tile or stone counters without Heather's input on any of my choices. She's an absolute delight and the entire company has become a wonderful extension of my own business. In over 15 years of working with them I've never had a Bad experience and if ever I had an issue with a product they sorted it out in my favor, happily and immediately. My review seems inadequate for a company that has provided me with such beautiful products and such amazing service. Go see them, you will be glad you did.

We were all set to install some manufactured quartz product, until we saw the INCREDIBLE Nacarato Quartzite Granite slabs at Intrepid. These incomparable and unique wonders of nature absolutely transformed our kitchen and became the soul of our home. We are grateful to Alex, Heather and Cindy for the flexibility in accommodating our schedule and storing the granite for as long as they did, until our fabricator was ready for it. A great group, great products at good to higher (but worth it) prices. Highly recommended.

I have worked with Intrepid for many years and I have always found them to be helpful, knowledgeable, very nice and always having a fantastic collections of tile and slab products. When I bring or sometimes send in clients, they are treated well and given as much information and time as they need to find their favorite products.
