Benjamin Silver Design

When we met Benjamin, we were about 13 months into a failed renovation of our entire front yard. The demolition and excavation had been completed and concrete walls and garage structure poured. Mistakes were made, as they say, and we found ourselves with a big pile of dirt and weirdly steep front stairs with elevations that did not work. To say Benjamin inherited a mess would be an understatement. He had the task of figuring out what could be undone and redone and how to improve the appeal of things we could not change. He started in late August and just before Thanksgiving, the concrete work had been corrected and finished and new pavers poured, the metal work including plantings and railings was custom designed and installed and the yard was fully landscaped, including lighting. The design of our front yard is so aesthetically pleasing that we get compliments daily. With Benjamin's keen eye for design, the yard looks planned and well executed, even though he had the confines of the former flawed design and construction that he had to work within. We have worked with many high end contractors over the years but our experience with Benjamin was far and away the best. He's this great combination of vision and execution with great communication and caring. I cannot recommend him highly enough!
