Though Jerry spend over a decade honing his skills as a manager of a furniture and design center, and most recently as a design consultant in his own firm, he has been blessed with a God-given talent to put elements together in beautifully creative ways. Hence his success in working in homes and businesses throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. His numerous clients and diverse projects have taken him on a journey from residences to businesses, and crossing through almost every possible design style. Whether turning a blank new canvas into a client's masterpiece or helping them re-imagine and re-design an existing space, Jerry has drawn rave reviews! Other times you stumble into it blindly. Such was the case for Mission Accomplished and our involvement with the short term rental industry. Nearly five years ago, we were approached by a company out of California to design and install several luxury apartments in downtown Dallas. This highly successful venture has provided us a lucrative connection with numerous investors and operators. We have now completed over 50 units in Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Kansas. It’s a uniquely fun experience to take a blank canvas, be it a home, duplex or apartment, and totally transform it, making it visually appealing and fully functional for travelling guests. This type of project, starting with the original two units, now represents almost 75% of our business.

I can not say enough good things about Jerry at Mission Accomplished. We are wrapping up our second project with him this month. He has helped us with counter tops, backsplashes, flooring, painting, rugs, tableware, furniture, appliances, and designer décor. He also recommended expert contractors who were courteous and on-time. Jerry came in for an assessment, provided us with a vision of the final product, and then leveraged as much of our existing items as possible. He took the time to get to know our styles and then completely exceeded our expectations with the items he recommended. He will respect your budget which was a big problem when we tried to work with a different design professional before we found Jerry. You could probably complete your project without hiring a professional. But, Jerry will provide you with ideas, materials, and textures which most people would not imagine on their own. My husband and I hired Jerry to help us choose the shower tile, flooring, tile accents, and tile backsplash materials for our new home construction. We had tried to pick out those selections on our own, but were quickly overwhelmed and at that point researched Houzz to find someone to help. We picked Jerry because we didn't want the current trend of gray or white, and Jerry didn't seem to be afraid to work with color. Jerry worked with us over numerous appointments and helped us pick out our materials. He helped us think outside the box and if he presented something that we didn't like, he didn't get offended or mad, he just moved on to the next idea. We couldn't have done it without his expertise and eye for design and we are thrilled with our selections. We also had Jerry oversee the installation of the materials to make sure everything would be correct. Jerry is nothing short of amazing, wonderful, fantastic, and really great at his job! I recently moved to Fort Worth into a cold feeling apartment that I really wanted to turn in to a home that I loved. After reading a TON of reviews on Houzz about Interior Designers in the area, I chose Jerry and it was the best decision I could have made. Communication: Jerry's communication skills are top notch. Anytime I had a question or wanted his thoughts on something, he responded immediately. Job Execution: At the initial consultation, Jerry came to the apartment and I could already see the creative wheels turning. We talked through some ideas, I showed him pictures, etc. He asked a lot of questions so that he could understand my style. We shared a pinboard on Houzz that he would frequently post items to and I would comment on what I liked/didn't like about the item and he'd adjust accordingly. After about 1.5 weeks from initial contact, we were ready to order the furniture and fixtures for my bedroom and living room. The majority of the items came in on a Friday, and I was traveling that weekend. I gave Jerry the key to my apartment and he came in , set-up and staged EVERYTHING. When I returned on Sunday afternoon, it was heaven. He absolutely nailed it!!! Budget: Not only did Jerry stay within the budget, but he came in about $1000 BELOW budget. I was shocked that we were able to get so many great pieces, that I got so much time with him, that he assembled and staged all of the furniture, and did it under the budget! If you are looking for a designer, just trust me on this one, Jerry is your guy!

When we left Pennsylvania for Texas, we left all our living room furniture behind. Once in Texas, we turned to Jerry for guidance. For the first time in 40 years we were creating a room rather than adding a piece here and there, and we were intimidated and overwhelmed. Jerry looked at the vacant room, saw our basic tastes in the existing dining and bedroom furniture, and led us into a process that was not just painless, but also exciting. From a painting we cherished evolved not just a stunning living room but a blended home. He helped us choose rugs that wove the dining room into the new living room. Even spot rugs in the kitchen and master bath helped carry through an atmosphere that we still enjoy eight years later. People awe over accent pieces. And if I could have replicated the sofa, I'd have made a fortune. Jerry's genuine love for what he does and his personal interest in his clients make him tops. When we left Texas for California, Jerry staged our house for sale. His eye is amazing. He made some changes we wouldn't have wanted to live with, but we didn't have to. The house sold the day it was listed for $10k above asking, with two reserve offers. The buyers paid extra to keep the one staging piece we didn't like! Everything from the rugs to the lamps and vases made the move to a new home, and last week a woman asked if I'd sell my sofa. Not a chance!

I had a very limited budget but knew my new living room needed help. Out of the goodness of his heart Jerry helped me by rearranging ; put pops of color and some paint trim work. He bargain shopped and was able to turn the room into a lovely area that people who visit invariable comment on, especially the touches that he did. He truly is gifted in how he can place/stage decor. I finally got a chance to work with him as his customer.
