We found Van Manna because of the high number of positive reviews we saw, and we are so glad we did. To say that we feel like part of the Van Manna family now would not be an exaggeration. The care and attention that Van Manna has put into all aspects of the customer relationship and the quality of the house build is immense. If you have never built a house, it is impossible to understand beforehand how much there is to deal with, both for the builders and the clients. The decisions can be bewildering. VanManna did a particularly good job of supporting us through all those decisions, giving us a good picture well beforehand of what would be needed and when, and providing guidance on how to approach each subject. For the whole build process we were living away in Newfoundland. Van Manna’s use of CoConstruct made the process of following the project easy. We were able to keep track of the documents, decisions, timings, and finances. We were able to see progress through weekly photographs. This jointly with regular visits to make selections and major decisions, facilitated by the Van Manna team, made the whole process incredibly smooth. From the beginning, Van Manna played an important part in helping to finalize the final house design with the Andison Architects. Each member of the team, Jason, Wayne and Jenn, all showed real personal commitment to our project and our satisfaction at the end of it. Their openness and transparency really created a great deal of trust. It was a real pleasure to work with each of them. Throughout the project it was also evident what great working relationships Van Manna had with all their trades, and by the end, the project was delivered on time (actually slightly ahead of schedule), and Van Manna continues to be supportive at addressing issues, additions and changes that we need. If you are considering building a house, without hesitation we highly recommend Van Manna.

It is really the group of people who make this builder. Each one contributed an incredible amount of thought into every aspect of this build from the initial inspiration to the design/planning and then into the actual construction of the home. Jason was born to build houses and his never-ending enthusiasm is a joy to experience as he is surely one of those lucky people who has really found their calling. More than this, he is a great person we looked forward to seeing throughout the entire process. From our project manager, to our designer, and all the trades people we worked with, it was telling how the relationship of mutual respect Van Manna has with each of their people was evident each time we witnessed their interactions. We feel incredibly grateful and kind of lucky to have had this team to work through in this endeavour. We finished the build 6 months ago, and true to their word, the team at Van Manna is still very much involved in supporting us as we ensure each detail is functioning as we live in our home. But the true testament for the satisfaction we are communicating here is the way we, each day, as we live in our new home, enjoy something new that invites connection in our lives with the people we love.

Our initial meeting was filled with so much excitement & inspiration as Jason & Jenn listened to our wish list & then added other creative ideas which we welcomed. The team demonstrated so much patience as we sometimes found ourselves debating layouts &/or costs. Jason & the team were also available to explain details regarding pricing as well as provide a pro/con list for any proposed ideas. Throughout the extensive project, the communication was amazing. Both Katrina & Jenn updated Co-Construct so that all progress was visible to us several provinces away. FaceTime calls allowed us to pick out cabinets, hardware & other details. They exhibited an attention to detail & creativity that went above & beyond. We have lots of experience with contractors, in many different provinces, & this crew exceeded our expectations. They were personable, professional & the deadlines were accurate (this should be noted given that this renovation took place during a pandemic). Their appreciation for us as customers was demonstrated by their thoughtful gift basket & treats. So kind!!! As the project drew to a close, their presence was actually missed. We are so grateful to have found the Van Manna crew that we have secured them to complete our next project. Congrats crew on an amazing job!

We had two major home renovations done with Van Manna Homes in February and May 2021. They came highly recommended by a friend. We quickly realized why. From start to finish, they were professional, on time and kept us up to date throughout the renovations. The quality of work and craftsmanship is top notch. We bought a spec home from Van Manna Homes in June 2016. We asked for a few changes to be made to suit our families needs. Jason and his staff were very helpful. The assisted us with the plans and the quality of the work was exceptional. They also followed up with us to insure we didn't require any other help. We would recommend Van Manna Homes.

We contacted Van Manna homes for a master on suite renovation. Not only do we LOVE the bathroom, but we were more than impressed with the professionalism and quality of work done. The entire team was approachable, respectful, patient and willing to work with us within our specified budget. Neither my husband nor myself were entirely sure what we wanted and really valued having the experienced staff assist us with the decision making, right down to finding us beautiful tiles at a discounted price. I also got the vanity I always wanted but didn't think I had room for! It worked out that we were out of the country for a majority of the work but receiving frequent emails, pictures and texts updating us on the progress put our minds at ease. The communication was frequent and we always felt like we were the priority. We will definitely be contacting Van Manna for any future renovations.

Would highly, highly recommend Van Manna homes. We did a renovation on our ensuite/closet/ master bedroom and an addition of a mudroom on our main floor. The renovation was done in record time and on budget. The worked within our budget without any pressure to spend more, and we were thrilled with the results. I was shocked how they had people working late and on weekends and the project was finished before we were promised. They were transparent with pricing and the customer service and project management team was exceptional.

I have had the pleasure of representing this company as a real estate agent for several years. The most important thing to note is that from a realtors or buyers perspective the owner is there every day. If a question is relayed the response is immediate. I have build personally with them in Marda Loop and can say it was effortless with their guidance. I would highly recommend this company. Van Manna homes has built several of my projects now, and in the end my clients have always been happy. At the of the day, nothing makes me happier than knowing that my clients are well taken care of during the building process, and that they have a good experience.
