We hired The Kitchen Master team to design and install a new island in our kitchen. The entire team was professional, experienced and knowledgeable. They listened to our needs, proposed solutions (one which was very tricky) and did everything on time and on budget, with high quality materials. Both the design team and installers were meticulous and paid attention to all of the details very well. We were very pleased with The Kitchen Master and would recommend them for anyone wanting to re-do a kitchen.

Imagine experiencing the “big reveal” when you walk into your home. That is what we feel every time we look at our remodeled kitchen designed and completed by Joseph Kiselyk, Certified Designer and his expert team from The Kitchen Master. We were impressed with Joseph during our first meeting at the Naperville showroom and decided to have him tackle our project. For 12 years we dreamed of rooming the wall that separated our kitchen and family room and were excited to see that Joseph’s design incorporated removing that wall. Joseph listened to our wants and needs for our new kitchen; helping us choose cabinets and hardware, counter tops, tile, lighting and appliances. He was always available to answer our questions and address any of our concerns. Joseph is not only an excellent designer; he also understands the realities of remodeling. The Kitchen Master approach to remodeling includes having the team perform a sight survey before the project begins, this helps solve potential problems before they occur. Tom Meyers, our Project Manager coordinated the scheduling of sub-contractors for plumbing, electric, drywall, flooring, and painting. He made sure our project kept on schedule and his can do attitude was very reassuring. Anthony our Lead Carpenter made sure that everything was installed to perfection right down to the last detail. Jill and I want to thank you for assembling such a professional, talented and friendly Team to work on our new kitchen project. As you know, this was no simple project - take out old cabinets and install new. This project required creative talent and a willingness to solve problems (some anticipated and some discovered)! The Kitchen Master (KM) Team performed exceptionally! The project began during our first meeting with KM's Joseph Kiselyk, Certified Designer. Once we met him, we knew that Joseph was the designer that we wanted to work with us on our new kitchen! We thought Joseph was the perfect blend: personable, professional and knowledgeable! And he reinforced that feeling every time we met with him. He knew the budget we had established, and he worked with us to offer ideas, arrangements and products that led to a very successful outcome. Not only does he know design, but he also understands the business and the realities of construction. We would strongly recommend his services to others! Talent makes a job look easy. We could not have had a better Project Manager than KM's Tom Meyers. Tom's job is a tough one; I know, I've been in similar shoes! Tom took over the project and came up to speed remarkably quickly. It was not long before he knew this job inside out. He obviously knows his business! He coordinated the scheduling of the various sub-contractors, supplying some of the best craftsmen I have ever worked with and made decisions (and cajoling) appear effortless! Tom was here so often during the project that he became almost family. He was not afraid of facing unexpected problems head-on (and we had our share of those with "this old house")! As they occurred, Tom and his contractors would assess the problem, offer options and work with us to find a solution - just the way we hoped it would happen. Tom made the project look easy, but it was far from it. Every orchestra needs a conductor, and Tom was a perfect choice for this project! Talent makes a job look easy. Tom assigned Tim, a very talented carpenter (and much more), as the lead on this project. Tim spent more time here in our home with us than any of the other craftsmen. His capabilities and attention to detail amazed us! His solutions to issues were thoughtful, clever and knowledgeable, particularly the leveling of the floor, the matching of the ceilings, the new framing for the window, the unbelievable blending of the outside siding, the back stairs, and the new patio doors. Tim had an attitude that we think permeated the entire Team. First of all, among similar craftsmen they shared ideas and combined experiences; the result was near perfection. And between the different trades, it was encouraging and later comforting to see that the craftsmen not only knew each other but worked well together adjusting and coordinating their work efforts to seamlessly accomplish a quality result. A truly Team effort! Camping out in our two front rooms while construction progressed was not high on our list, but the end results and our fantastic new kitchen made it all worthwhile! And the wonderful people we met along the journey made it an experience we will always remember! We recently had our master bath completely redone. The bathroom was basically gutted and Joseph redesigned it with our specifications. We found him to be professional and personable with great design ideas. He was always available to us when we had questions and checked on how the project was coming along frequently. The project was finished on time and on budget. We are very please with our finished project and he is even still checking in with us once in a while to be sure everything is as we had hoped.

Joseph was very knowledgeable and patient, always willing to listen to our wishes or concerns while guiding us in the right direction. He was also very attentive to our budget and kept us posted on any changes. The kitchen that he created for us is exceptionally beautiful and we cannot be happier and more proud. My husband and I have had the absolute pleasure of working with Joseph Kiselyk and his team on the remodel of our master bathroom. We are happy to report, we continue to marvel at the final transformation. From start to finish, Joseph and his entire team demonstrated superior professionalism. We, as the home owners were treated with respect throughout by everyone involved. The process began with our initial meeting in which Joseph clearly listened to our overall goals. Based on our input, Joseph was able to lead us through an outstanding design and choice of finishes which met all of our needs and requests. Hired The Kitchen Master to renovate my kitchen last year (2015). Joseph was incredible to work with in terms of suggestions, knowledge and understanding our needs. The project stayed on time and Joseph kept me informed every step of the process. Would definitely recommend. The whole experience was great, which was not the case with a bathroom remodel the prior year with a different company.

Joseph was a valued leader for us on our kitchen project. His design knowledge and experience were very helpful in selecting cabinets, counter tops, hardware, etc. At no time during the entire project did he rush us to make decisions. He was always open to our thoughts, ideas and budget, but without his guidance and input we would never have been able to pull the whole kitchen project together to give us a professional end product. Joseph was always available whenever we had questions during the design or construction phase of the project. He was by far and above the best designer we have ever worked with in almost 40 years in our home.

Joseph designed our kitchen 9 years ago and we were quite pleased. This project involved 1 full bath and 3 half. We quickly realized our budget would not cover all 4 completely so we had to start trimming it. Because of this it became a bit of a challenge to dovetail our wants with reality. The full was our priority as it had to be gutted. It reminds me of a spa, 2 shower heads, walk in shower, beautiful glass sliding doors. It is sometimes hard to envision different components in the showroom all put together and Joseph is quite good at that. If you have a particular concern (as I did with being able to see the back of my hair when blow drying) he will keep working with you until you are happy with the end result. He included followup calls to ensure everything was to your satisfaction.

Joseph was very detail oriented. He was patient with my questions. He responded positively to my input and worked with me to develop my ideas.
