Hart STUDIO worked with Julie Pero of Sander and Sons, Inc. on the remodeling of a client's kitchen in Denver, CO. Julie was able to translate our drawings into reality, working closely with us and the clients to deliver a kitchen that the clients love. It was a pleasure collaborating with her and look forward to doing so again in the future.

We hired Julie to design the cabinets and cabinets for our kitchen remodel and couldn't be more pleased. We now have our dream kitchen, thanks to her. Her design sense, knowledge of cabinets, countertops, sinks and faucets is truly amazing. She listened to us, shared her ideas, and made sure every single detail was taken into account. If you are looking for a true kitchen designer she is the one!

We renovated nearly our entire house, including building on an addition. This meant we were creating a brand new kitchen. Julie carefully looked at the architectural drawings that we brought with us to our consultation, and listened closely to our thoughts and needs. Julie stood out because she made suggestions that were helpful, but always took into consideration our ideas as well. Julie was genuinely supportive, and was sincerely excited as the project was finalized and then executed. She was always patient, calm, detail-oriented, and efficient. We would highly recommend Julie, and if the need arises for us, we would gladly work with her in the future.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Julie Pero during the planning and remodeling of our kitchen. We had a preliminary meeting with Julie to discuss a general overview of the project and then she visited our home to see our current design and discuss in detail how we could accomplishment our objectives. Julie met with us numerous times and provided expert advice on how best to utilize our space, what types of products were best for our plans, how long we could expect the project to take, and she answered all of our questions directly. We felt very comfortable with Julie and quickly grew to respect her advice and expertise. In all of our meetings with Julie she was more than generous with her time and was genuinely interested in incorporating our ideas, plans and wishes into the final design. This was critically important to us because other designers we have met in the past tried to steer us away from what we wanted and instead convince us that we should follow their designs which did not match what we wanted. Once we agreed on the design and materials to be used, Julie coordinated the ordering of cabinets and the counter top. Since we decided to do the general contracting ourselves, she provided us with the time frame we needed to follow to assure that the project would be completed on schedule. The entire kitchen remodel was completed on schedule just as Julie had projected. The cabinets and the counter top she ordered for us are not just beautiful, but are exceptionally well-built and very high quality. We could not be more pleased with the entire process and we know that Julie is primarily responsibility for making sure that we now have the kitchen we always wanted. We could not have asked for a better designer and we give her our highest recommendation to anyone looking to embark on any home remodeling project.

Julie was absolutely awesome! I had interviewed six other kitchen professionals and actually started working with three of them designing my kitchen. The first overlooked a beam we couldn't take out and made one of the blind cabinets smaller without telling me, the second just slapped the sketch on the computer and spit it out and the third spent a lot on the details but didn't listen to what I wanted and blew off my concerns. We have an extremely small kitchen and every detail is critical. I had ideas but Julie helped to create them and even a simple suggestion that she made, made huge difference. She was patient with me, we worked together to get the details worked out and I truly enjoyed working with her. We are done with our kitchen but will be working with her again this fall for two bathroom vanity's that we need. Another note - the installer of the kitchen we used was also great to work with. During his installation, he asked what brand of cabinets because he thought the quality was pretty good! Sandra Gaither

They listened closely to our needs, asked all the right questions, and provided a very complete and well thought out plan in the final design. The custom cabinets they recommended (Wood Harbor) were beautifully built and look fantastic. The entire project was completed on time and on budget. The thing that impressed me most with Julie was she kept thinking of things that we hadn't considered in the design, which ultimately led to a better looking and more functional kitchen.
