Ken was fantastic to work with. He designed our house, was responsive to a few changes I wanted to make, and worked well with my contractor. We also had Ken come out to our property and lay out the drive, placement of the house and the barn - this was very helpful. Pieper & Associates also selected the colors, some materials, and provided a color board - the overall product is beautiful! We LOVE our home and are very happy with everything. The best decision we made was working with Ken and his team.

Ken has been working on plans for a new restaurant and has done a great job but i have had to put everything on hold and Ken has understood he will finish everything up when i get moving again. He has been great to work with.

We met with Ken in December of 2010 to discuss our retirement home. My wife had worked on our retirement home plans over the years and had always loved the look of Ken Pieper's home designs. After meeting with Ken we hired his company to do the design of our home and started construction in June of 2011. Ken was a pleasure to work with and he added many design ideas that we had not considered but are now a part of our home. Ken provided excellent coordination between us and our selected timber frame company, our engineer, our builder, and the final drawings. Our home is a work in progress since we are doing much of the finish work ourselves but we are moved in and are enjoying our new home. We would highly recommend Ken to anyone who is considering building a new home. He is very easy to work with and he made the design and build project an enjoyable experience.

We discovered Ken Pieper & Assoc. in Mountain Home Living magazine. We had been reviewing the idea of a major addition but couldn't seem to get our arms around the project.
