We had a great experience working with Kitchen Masters. Craig and Josh were both very professional, helpful and responsive. We couldn't be more pleased with the outcome - they worked hard to help our vision become a reality.

Kitchen Masters has an incredible, knowledgeable team who made our complicated, small kitchen remodel absolutely above our expectations. We put our trust and faith in Beth’s design. She lead us through all of the surface material and cabinet selections. Our craftsmen, Bruce and Josh arrived on time every day and did exceptional work. Craig was fantastic in overseeing every detail and made sure we stayed on schedule. We highly recommend Kitchen Masters.

We had an excellent experience with our kitchen remodel! Our designer. Judy Peterson, is very talented and creative and made the process go very smoothly. The Dura Supreme cabinets that we chose are beautiful and of the highest quality. We also appreciated the variety of products and ideas presented in the Kitchen Masters showroom.

This is the second kitchen remodel Kitchen Masters has done for me. They are a wonderful company to work with from design, demolition to completion. The quality of the work is top notch and they are so easy to talk with if you have questions, concerns. My son plans on using them in the fall for the remodel of his kitchen and bath.

We did a complete kitchen and family room remodel...down the studs. The design team at Kitchen Masters did a terrific design and worked with our contractor every step of the way. I have recently sold my home and the kitchen was a major factor in selling in one weekend at well over the asking price. AND, we enjoyed the kitchen every day for 5 years. A true win-win for me.

We still love our updated our kitchen, baths, entry and fireplace areas. Kitchen masters stayed within our budget and were flexible when our design plans changed mid-course.

On my first discussion I disclosed the total budget I had in mind, for which they came up with a proposal. Then... oh...doesn't include material taxes, doesn't include painting, doesn't include electrician (which they provide?!?!). Very deceitful. And with every discussion schedule kept slipping. Again, blatantly misleading. When I finally was presented a contract, it was horribly one-sided & ripe with errors. I pointed this out and they were outraged! Said they wouldn't discuss contract terms.

This was our first big, expensive remodeling project, to replace a cramped 1985-era galley with our dream kitchen including new open layout, floors, cabinetry, granite, appliances, lighting, crown molding, everything. We’d heard nothing but horror stories about kitchen projects gone bad – shady contractors, workers not showing up, unexpected costs, shoddy work and delays. So we were a bit on edge getting this thing going. But Kitchen Masters -- with Craig on point and Aracely as our very talented designer-slash-bull dog project manager -- provided as close to a stress-free experience as you can have with these things. From the get-go they were all about helping us fine-tune our original vision as opposed to selling us on something we didn’t want, and they worked hard to get the most out of our budget. The Kitchen Masters folks -- staff and subcontractors -- are all genuinely good people who obviously take great pride in their work. It shows, believe me. When all was finished, there was discovered a 1/16th of an inch rise between two floorboards, resulting from an uneven subsurface. The wood flooring guy was back at 8am the next morning and spent four hours sanding, re-sanding and then refinishing the area until it was perfect. (And Aracely’s above-and-beyond efforts at the granite showroom alone should have earned her some kind of interior designer customer service medal.) Work schedules were always updated, change orders provided for every variation in the cost, trash was picked up. And Aracely was constantly checking in, both on phone and in person doing walk-throughs to update her punch list of things needing attention. These folks are pros and deserve anyone’s consideration. We’d hire them again in a second.

It went pretty well. The design was excellent and the people they used all knew their business and left the place in good shape. They were slightly more expensive than I had initially anticipated, but at the end of the day you get what you pay for. Considering at the start all of the existing materials were low builder grade from the initial house construction and completely worn out, their design and material selections left the house with much better finish's and I was pleased with the overall result.

Kitchen Masters is a company who care about people ! They care about the quality of the work that they complete in your home. When they came to my house to complete a project, they were respectful of my home by making sure they cleaned up the area where they were working. In addition, they listen to you . So often I encounter as a single woman this condescending attitude towards any thoughts or ideas I might have when workers come into my home to repair or remodel areas of my home. Kitchen Masters listened and responded with respect. The work was done correctly and quickly! If you need any work done in your home, please invite Kitchen Masters to complete the work. They will do the job as if they were working in their own home! You will be pleased and respected!

Craig & Sheila, owners of Kitchen Masters are great to work with! They do quality work at reasonable prices & provide excellent input for any project. Over the past several years I've hired them for two major projects ... a total kitchen remodel & more recently, a basement finishing project. Craig makes sure that the work is done right in a timely fashion. He uses quality products. They have integrity & are trustworthy. I regard them as friends!!!
