Species of wood used for cabinets? Floors?

The floors are Brazilian cherry. It comes out of South America and not a
cherry at all. It does however have the red and orange tones in its vibrant
color palette. It can be milled into wider planks than American Cherry we
are accustomed to seeing. People use Brazilian Cherry as a less expensive
substitute for traditional cherry coming from North American forests.
