redid our kitchen 7 yrs due to dishwasher leak. Cupboard design and installation was super. Would recommend them as there craftsmanship is top notch.

We renovated our house with a completely new kitchen and when it came to cabinets we debated between Ikea and a local shop. We chose Kitchen Designs Studio over Ikea since they were considered higher quality even though we needed to pay more and also they promised to warranty the cabinets. Unfortunately in less than 6 months time there was substantial damage showing in the finish of some of the doors. We have no pets or children and only gave them a wipe with a slightly damp rag 3-4 times a month. It appears there was some error when they finished them as certain corners started to peel almost immediately. In addition to this they forgot to finish the bottom of some of the sides (on the bottom) and and one area has bubbled up after a cup of water spilled even though it was wiped up immediately. The owner inspected them in November of 2019 and promised to repair them however it is October 2020 and nothing has been done other than a few damaged doors removed. In the past year with all the phone calls, emails and messages sent no repairs have been done and there is no deadline set to complete the work. So we are sitting here with some doors missing and some still damaged and we are running out of patience and am considering legal action. Do not recommend this shop.
