Matt listened to our ideas, found ways to fit our list of 'must haves' into the available space, guided us in choosing the right cabinetry and quartz to get the look we desired. K&M also provided great choices in flooring, backsplash tile and other materials to complete the perfect finished project. Matt worked well with our contractor during the installation process. Working with Jack Hall was a great experience. He listened while I gave him my ideas of a perfect kitchen and was patience with me while making decisions and revisions. The contractor he recommended made the process seamless. The kitchen truly is the heart of our home and Jack was instrumental in making it happen.

Extremely pleased with the kitchen remodel done by K&M. Replaced cabinets, island, back-splash and countertops. Planning, demolition and installation were all of exceptional quality. Very knowledgeable, helpful and patient in guiding us thru product selection. Installers were outstanding craftsmen who produced a top quality finished product, on-time and on budget. Wouldn't hesitate to hire K&M for future projects.

New kitchen - top to bottom. Removal and installation including paint, floor, cabinets, countertop, sink, appliance, wiring and plumbing. Also new lighting fixtures. Total time - 15 work days. Outstanding workmanship and great people.

I cannot even begin to express what a fantastic job K&M Home Center did in helping us with our kitchen remodel! It was a HUGE undertaking- from tearing down and rebuilding walls to installing new doors, windows, cabinets, countertops, flooring, etc. K&M was there to help us every step of the way. The employees were completely professional and went above and beyond what we could have ever asked or hoped for. We worked most closely with Jack Hall throughout the whole process, and the level of service we received was second to none. Any time we had a question (and there were about a million of them!) Jack was quick to respond and help us in any way he could. I can 100%, without a doubt, say that we will never go anywhere else for future remodeling projects.

Matt was great! We purchased kitchen cabinets and a granite countertop from k&m for our new house. Matt was able to give us information before meeting to help us determine what we were looking for. He always kept us informed of cost with options for saving or upgrading. He was very helpful in coordinating colors, and his knowledge & speed in the design was excellent. Finally, Matt is very friendly, down to earth and easy to talk with. Our experience with Matt ( and the flooring dept) has made k&m our new favorite home center.

Very helpful with ideas. Spent as much time as I needed with me. Professional-drew a plan for me to follow as I am a visual person! Made recommendations when asked.Competent liaison between myself and granite supplier.I plan to contact him with another bathroom project in the near future.

Matt, our consultant, came to our home and helped us design our kitchen. He took the time to tell us of different cabinets and their features and purpose. He came back more then once to tweak our design, He also helped to choose our finishes and tile. He was very helpful when we needed to order some additional shelves and replacement cabinets when our contractor damaged them. It was a pleasure to work with this company.

We renovated our kitchen 2008, and 2013 and purchased kitchen cabinets, Kitchen Maid, at K&M. Matt was excellent and helped us in the design. We did a partial renovation in 2008 with Kurt, and we were pleased not only with the product but with Kurt and Matt, in sales. Dr. Dan's Home Improvements, who installed cabinets, counter tops and sink, with plumbing were excellent too. I recently had all new carpets installed throughout my entire home and went back to K&M to their flooring department. I have found the service and contractors are far superior to any "big box" store. I wanted to mention that I had this done in 2 stages. Therefore, the amount for cabinets and installation is included in price. I bought the backsplash, spigot and lights but they were installed by Dan. Our total bill for both project were approximately $12,500.00 I would also like to mention that I recently had a pipe break in my bathroom and, once again, went to K&M for new cabinet, flooring and installation. I will return to K&M for future projects because of the professional, friendly and informed staff and outstanding products.

Matt Rigney, K&M Kitchen Designer, delivered outstanding customer service to me during my kitchen renovation. There were some glitches with the cabinet manufacturing company. Matt went the extra mile following up on design and customer expectations. He is professional and extremely knowledgeable in his field. I would recommend Matt at K&M to anyone that is searching for a kitchen designer.

Matt and the rest of the team at K&M Home Center were extremely helpful in helping me design, layout, schedule and install my kitchen project. Matt was able to offer many suggestions and design options while planning my kitchen. Matt first came out to my house to see my existing kitchen and take measurements. Matt then offered me six different kitchen designs from which we whittled down to one and incorporated design ideas from some of the discarded designs into the final design. I was given options of different materials that looked great and allowed me to stay within my budget. Matt took an interest in my project to make sure it turned into a great success. Matt is very friendly and was always happy to answer any questions or concerns I had throughout the project. I am happy with the end result and would enjoy working with him again in the future.

I had been trying to give my kitchen of ten years a face lift. Everyone I brought in, in the past 5 years wanted to charge an arm and a leg to give me a larger island; and give a face lift to my kitchen. I quoted prices for refacing cabinets, and giving me some type of island from $20,000 to $ 16, 000.00. I had a specific budget I was trying to stick to. One day I was riding by K&M and decided to go in and see if someone could help me within my price range. I met Matt Rigney. I explained to him what I wanted. After meeting him, working with him for several months he was able to draw a plan for my kitchen that I was overwhelmed with. He was courteous, polite, and showed a great deal of understanding in every area of my vision. The carpenter who followed his floor plan, Mr. John Hammil; told me the plan was great, and he thought Matt had done a great job. He also told me it was quite a unique and functional transition. When I saw the results of the kitchen I teared up. Finally I was very proud of the vision I had and someone to bring it into fruition. The end result was far greater than I imagined it would be. I would recommend K&M in York to anyone, and insist that they use Matt, and Mr. Hammill to carryout their dream.
