Jon and Deborah were are rocks as we navigated the custom build project that Jon designed. Jon was able to take a difficult lot in size and shape and make every inch useable space. The house turned out far better than we expected and everyday we live here we appreciate its livability over and over again. Jon and Deb also advised us on build and interior aspects that we would not have had a clue about. We can't thank John and Deb enough for their incredible leadership on this project.

I hired Kukk Architecture firm to do a major renovation to a house that was built in the 90's. The transformation is amazing...better than I could ever have imagined. Met Jon through a prospective builder. Even though we didn’t go with the builder we still used Kukk Architecture for the plans for our condo renovation. They were prompt with revisions needed for permitting and even helped when things were crucial. Permits were issued and the Reno is completed. I would highly recommend them.

Jon made the task of designing our house a fun project taking into account every detail we needed and making helpful suggestions where we needed guidance.
