Owner Mark Rockower and his small, trustworthy and friendly crew accomplished what seemed like an impossible project. Mark filled out all the permit paperwork for both the town and the state. Mark followed all the permit requirements, passing every inspection throughout the process. The result is a beautiful boardwalk and floating dock, and a restored boathouse and dock that had to be raised at least 3 feet maybe more. I'm extremely happy with the result, and Mark's honesty, reliability and fairness. The town was also impressed with his thorough care in following environmental rules and standards. I could not recommend Landmark Horticultural more strongly.

Mark has done a phenomenal job revamping 3 neglected acres on our property: 1) He repaved the driveway with gravel and added Belgian Stone edging, changed the entrance path into the house; 2) Fixed failing stone wall in visible areas and cleaned the area off overgrown bushes; 3) He put in a new fire pit and created a new blue stone backyard area; 4) He did new landscaping around the house (removed old dead plantings and installed new bushes, trees); He is professional, on schedule, speaks English , always picks up his phone, fairly priced and flexible to the changing scope. Mark did a wonderful job painting our deck and replacing our railings with Trek railings. I would highly recommend his services. He completed the work on time and was great to work with on the project.

Having had a few bad experiences with other companies, I was nervous about moving forward with the rebuild of my front steps and creating a bluestone patio. After hearing a few rave reviews about Mark, I decided to pull the trigger on the project with Landmark. Mark and his crew exceeded all expectations. Mark was fairly priced, he was professional and so easy to work with. They completed the project in a timely manor and he communicated extremely well with me. As we added on to the project, he was very clear with me regarding pricing changes and sent me updated invoices. The end result was beautiful and high quality stone work. Mark and his crew were excellent. Mark is a great communicator which is rare in a contractor. He is honest, reliable and very reasonably priced. We had him replace our retaining walls. The work his crew did was really beautiful-we are constantly getting comments from neighbors about how nice it looks. I highly recommend working with Mark!

Landmark Horticultural Management took an architectural design for a pavilion and stone patio and made it into a beautiful outdoor living space that blends in naturally with my house in Chappaqua, NY. Mark and his crew do meticulous work, are professional and courteous. Mark even helped with all the permits and inspections. The overall price was fair and reasonable. I definitely got my money's worth. Even when I added and made changes Mark listened carefully and presented me with detailed proposals and executed only what I wanted. I enjoyed working with the company so much and was so satisfied with the finished product that I have asked them to return and do more projects. I highly recommend Landmark Horticultural.

As Mark currently is working on our second outdoor project, I would like to recommend him without reservation for your next project. In the midst of dealing with some intense house issues and renovations, Mark was one of the easiest, friendliest, and most reliable professionals we dealt with, which in retrospect is the most important factor of a successful project. Mark set a schedule and stuck to it, provided updates every day, as well as asked questions and our preferences as needed. As an interior designer by trade, I really appreciate his eye for detail, as well as his inclination to collaborate and make the project better at every step. The end result is beautiful. He rebuilt an elevated retaining wall patio with bluestone and concrete architectural block, as well as built railings, a staircase, and fenced in our backyard. Mark picked up the slack when our less than competent landscape architect dropped the ball, and acted as liaison to the Town Building Department to smooth over issues that arose. We will be hiring him for all of our future outdoor projects - we have a ton in mind and are excited to start them knowing he will be at he helm.

We have worked together on multiple projects beginning in Fall 2014 --from an extensive 2 level composite deck to custom planting design and beautiful stonework. Mark and his crew are hardworking, honest, detail oriented, and really do a superior job surpassing work we've seen from other contractors. Their prices are fair especially for this level of work. Mark and his team are fantastic. Mark is so easy to communicate with. He also has a good sense of design. He and his team work fast and efficiently and within budget. We had them build us a new lake dock and a new deck attached to the dock. They did a beautiful job and we're thrilled with the results.
