Lauren Elyse Art

Lauren and I have been collaborating on an artistic fusion of poetry and artwork, and she has completely blown me away with her talent. I have written poetry to go along with her exquisite work, and she has completed pieces of art varying from oil paintings, digital art, and sketches to accompany my poetry. She is professional, and also has a passion for creating gorgeous art that can be hard to find. I would recommend her superb talent to anyone that may be in need.

I requested that Lauren draw a replica of a photograph of my friend's son as a baby shower gift and I was astonished by the results. Not only did the drawing look incredibly similar to the picture, she did a light water color on it to make it really come to life. Her talent truly does go beyond anything I could have anticipated. She was an absolute joy to work with as well. She sent me updates of the photo to show the amazing progress and to make sure that I was satisfied. It was finished in a very timely manner and was shipped out quickly. I have recommended her to many of my friends and family. I will definitely be using her for any future art needs. Oh, and my friend teared up immediately took down another picture off the wall so she could hang it up and display it. It is the best gift I have ever given her and it is all thanks to Lauren.

I hired Lauren to create a piece that celebrated my father's family history for his October birthday. The idea was based around a bottle patent I found when researching our past (my father's side used to own a very big beverage company in Jersey City). She took the time to chat with me about what I wanted and then created a couple sketch ideas for me to choose from. Lauren went above and beyond when creating this painting for me. Not only did she come up with great concept of putting the patent on an old desk, she also did extra research on my family. What she found were old articles and pictures of my great-great grandfather (founder of the company) and incorporated them into the painting as well. My father was absolutely touched and delightfully surprised to now have part of our family history displayed in such a different way. Obviously now my mother is jealous so I will definitely be contacting Lauren when her birthday rolls around lol. Thank you again!!!

Each week I walk through my Farmers Market here in Ocean Beach, San Diego picking up the freshly grown organic greens and fruits while listening to live music. It's also a great place to see all of the artist, jewelers and painters with their work proudly displayed. One day after making the rounds I saw a girl sitting on the sidewalk leaning up against wall painting the bottom of her skateboard. I quickly noticed her choice of brilliant colors, beautiful design and creativity with how she used her skateboard as the canvas. I was very intrigued with her work so I introduced myself and she told me her name is Lauren Elyse, she is an artist. I mentioned that to her that I just returned from backpacking throughout Asia and would love to have a painting that would remind me of my adventure! Giving her only a few pictures for ideas she promptly returned with a sketch and story for a mural, I loved it!!! We discussed the time frame, the price and were ready to roll! Most of the project was painted on thin plywood boards that would be mounted later. I was blown away by how quickly it progressed and how much her pencil sketch came to life. A few weeks later it was up and mounted on my kitchen wall. Once on the wall it felt right to let the jungle stretch a bit so she continued the mural work onto the actual walls to blend the mural and room together. I was so impressed with her work that I asked her to add some Thai writing and proverbs in the adjacent room as well. I couldn't be happier with Lauren's work and plan to buy more while I can afford it! She was a delight to work with and has such a passion for what she does. Lauren is gifted with an amazing amount of creativity, an eye for beautiful colors and a style all on her own! She will be a prominent figure in the art world in no time at all!! I commissioned Lauren to paint a longboard surfboard for my mailbox project and gave her a general idea of the type of design I was looking for. She basically rolled with it and came up with an awesome interpretation of what I was looking for. She is very personable and the whole transaction was easy. She even stopped by to get the board from me in Kailua, which I thought was very nice of her. I am very pleased with the work she did and if there is anything else I need a creative touch for in the future, paint-wise, I will definitely contact her again. Two thumbs up!
