Working with Lori and her team was a invaluable. I was doing a whole house renovation and managing the process myself. Needless to say it was very overwhelming. There are so many choices, colours, textures and prices on everything. I did not have a huge budget for an interior designer, but they worked with me and went above and beyond the hours I bought. I was able to bounce my ideas and options off them and get experienced advice and suggestions. Working with LGC was the enjoyable part of the renovation. I learnt so much thru their insights. I would not enjoy the finished product as much if it wasn't for them. Lori is great at what she does and is good people.

It's been such a pleasure working with Lori. She helped me renovate my kitchen and two bathrooms, along with sourcing furnishings for an office and bedroom. It was a two year project and absolutely the best decision to engage her services! I could not have done the renovation without her; she is a talented and knowledgeable designer with a vast professional network who brings an unparalleled enthusiasm to her work. While some designers push their own ideas, Lori had the unique combination of the ability to listen and appreciate my own vision while adding insightful and creative solutions of her own. I bought my house about 5 years ago after living in my other house (that I loved) for over 20 years. I never felt at home here. I tried to buy new things to cozy it up, but I never quite "got it." After talking with Lori, I asked her to help me. We began the very comfortable process of making decisions on what needed to be done. I was amazed at how she really "got me" and my taste. She really listened to what I wanted and was very "in tune" with what worked well in my space. I remember when she was done, sending her a video to thank her... I wept because I was so happy and proud with the outcome! My home is so warm and cozy... it looks so elegant and classy! Lori of Lori Girl Creations has done a wonderful job for us. She oversaw the remodeling of our kitchen. Budget was a big concern for us and Lori stayed on top of that, giving us the options we needed to get the kitchen we wanted within the budget we set forth. Her style is creative, approachable and attentive without going overboard. Her regular check-ins with me and the contractors kept us on track. She is delightful to deal with and has become an extended family member to us. I am someone who has very specific ideas and she was helpful in guiding me around what could be done, introduced me to some news things and in the end, we are beyond pleased with the end result. I would highly recommend her.

We started working with Lori after seeing the amazing work Lori did at a friend's house. The rooms (kitchen, living room and bedroom) had a beautiful flow to them and most importantly, represented my friend's personality. Lori is a really good listener allowing you to create the look that you want but just can't seem to achieve or complete on your own. Lori worked with us in our kitchen, bathroom and living room. We wanted a "spa" look in our new bathroom and Lori nailed it! From the wall, floor, and shower floor tiles to the accent pieces of Quartz (for the shower bench, recessed shelves and door saddle), Lori helped us pick out every piece. As much as we wanted that sleek, elegant, natural spa look, we just didn't know how to put it together on our own. A few weeks later and it still feels special every time we enter the bathroom. Our kitchen was basically done, but never "finished." Lori helped us complete the look with window treatments, wall color and accessories. Simple touches, tremendous difference. The living room is totally transformed. It's now a fantastic blend of beauty and comfort. We have a new sectional with 3 automatic recliners built into the sectional, re-arranged/refinished existing furniture pieces, reframed existing pictures, have a completely new bay window treatment, new area rug and wall colors that opened up the room, giving us an amazing, beautiful space that we are enjoying every day. Lori is a gifted professional who is fun to work with and who has put together an awesome team who work with you to create a comfortable home with that designer touch. I want to say that we've recommended Lori to our family and friends, but Lori's work did that without our help.

We hired Lori-Girl to advise us in renovating our kitchen, bathrooms and other design features in the home. Lori was instrumental in finding the right solutions to various design issues. She is a pleasure to work with and makes the process as easy as possible.

I employed Lori Girl Creations to redo the bathroom in master bedroom. The entire room was redone. The tile came out beautifully, Lori and I picked out the tile, comode, shower doors (shower was changed to corner shower w/clear glass doors). New sink and stand, beautiful fixture above sink and mirrors. The bathroom turned out beautiful. A few years later my den was damaged by Storm Sandy.............Lori Girl came to the rescue. The den at that time was a shell. Lori Girl redid the den. Changed a doorway leading to my husband's office, giving the den more wall room. She helped pick out furniture etc. Also designed the fireplace, which receives the most flattering compliments. New floor was left to her to pick out and lovely area rug. Small bathroom also redone, which I just love. That was left entirely up toher. She took me shopping to pick out materials. The bathroom is small, but absolutely beautiful. Also all closets were designed by Lori Girl and furnishings and arrangement of my husband's office she also did beautifully. She was always calm and some times the contractors didn't come through, but she handled all well and calmly. I have recommended her to friend's that have been very happy also. She also did an office for the firm I work for. It is a lower level therapist's office without windows. That too came out beautiful and very comfortable for a therapist. The owner of the bldg. recommended her to do an offce for another commercial tenant. I am thrilled to have made the right choice when I hired this company. Sandy Brooks

My fiance and I are extremely pleased with Lori's work, patients, and professionalism. I must stress PATIENTS because we are 1st time home buyers who are still learning but Lori is not just a designer she is a teacher. Learned so much from her and we Highly recommend her for anyone looking for satisfaction with their home.

I was impressed with Lori from the moment we met..she immediately understood what my vision for my new apt was and had the ability to LISTEN. I happily gave her the reigns and trusted her implicitly with my new space. This is the second job I happily chose her for in the last 2 yrs (2 separate property in Long Island) because it's rare to find someone to work with who always seems to make you feel like you are their only client...she calls back immediately, always offers alternatives, and even has a Counseling degree...(really came in handy when I flip flopped on ideas). My challenge was working old family heirloom furniture into my new modern space. Square footage was an issue (naturally in NYC), new colors, and the introduction of window treatments/special films on windows to preserve the antiques were completely mind boggling. I know nothing about this stuff, nor do I have the time to learn. I'm grateful she pulled my space together in record time with the upmost professionalism and care.
