We finished our home remodel (which was more like new construction) under Arsin's supervision last year. We had several contractors shortlisted but decided to go with Arsin based on his knowledge and experience. He paid good attention to detail, very easy to communicate with, and highly knowledgeable about the complexities of construction. He was also super responsive, so we could count on him to be available whenever we contacted him over email or text. For someone like us who was remodeling for the first time it was a very daunting project. We had several questions and concerns during the course of the project and Arsin was always available to guide us, and make things right. The number of decisions you have to make during a construction project is infinite and we really counted on Arsin to help us with them. Whenever there was an indecision between my husband and me, we relied on him, and he always provided a logical view and helped us take the right path. We also figured he has good taste so when we couldn't decide on something, we would let him decide it for us and he never disappointed us. He cares about quality and aesthetics and we get several compliments regarding workmanship and subtle details in our home. Our project was one of the fastest on the block. There were times we felt things were not moving fast enough sometimes because of subcontractors, but he made sure that he found a solution. Overall Arsin was an amazing project manager, and we are extremely happy we chose him. He was very easy to work with, has a pleasing and friendly personality, and most importantly has excellent communication skills (both oral and written). We are glad and thankful to him and his team for building our beautiful home…for which we have received numerous compliments.
