Neyrey | AIA | LEED AP | NCARB, is a principal architect and LEED Accredited Professional with 20 years of experience. A graduate of Louisiana State University, Charles’ portfolio includes a wide variety of projects ranging from Multi-Family, Educational, Healthcare, Sports Facilities, Offices, Hospitality, Libraries, and Residential. Licensed and practiced in Louisiana, Texas, and New York. Key design principles include clarity of concept, human scale, light quality, and sustainability. Charles is an expert in cutting edge 3d design and construction document software, Building Information Modeling, which enhances schematic design quality, reduces construction document time, construction conflicts, and coordination issues. This being the case, firm overhead is kept to a minimum and thus we can deliver a very high quality product for a fraction of what larger firms require. In addition to his vast experience in architecture and design, He is a builder by nature and brings a host of knowledge about the building process. Both his residential and commercial build projects offer yet another dimension to his qualifications. His dedication, knowledge and focus to the project at hand allows for maximum efficiency.
