Hi, my name is Marilyn Weiss, interior designer and sole proprietor of my business, home expressions by Marilyn. We are located here in Delray Beach Florida, Palm Beach County. My journey began when I relocated my business from Boston, Massachusetts to South Florida in 1985. Before I could open successfully, I needed to fully understand the demographics and constructual designs of this area. Being completely different than the traditional layouts and floor plans I was accustomed to, I decided to take a job with one of the most reputable furniture and design stores in Boca Raton, Baer's Furniture, in their design department. I learned so much, and am very grateful to have made many wonderful contacts, before I was ready to move forward. I opened up my business, now 10 years old in 2009. I am a member of Angie's List, Home Advisor, and now Houzz. I love what I am doing and I am fully staffed to meet the growing demand of older and newer construction. I look forward to setting up house calls, and meeting any and all challenges, in creating and coordinating, beautiful and comfortable surroundings, to meet the clients expectations and lifestyle.
