S&Z Remodeling LLC

S&Z just completed their 3rd remodeling job on my 73-year-old brick bungalow. I couldn't be happier. Each time they finish a job on my house, I feel like I have a new home. Their insistence on perfection and attention to detail cannot be overstated. When I hear folks talk about how their own renovations have taken infinitely longer than was anticipated, my question is always "why?" When S&Z commits to a project, they have their subcontractors - the painters, the sheet rockers, the plumbers, the electricians, the tilers, the floor guys -scheduled like clockwork. This last project involved relocating a laundry room and extending a deck in order to provide for a sliding glass door and a view from the kitchen to the back yard. The end result is just amazing - the sunlight, the view. I could go on and on, but I'll just stop with thank you Bill and Matt and all of those others too many to name.

We have a beautiful new master bath and closet space thanks to S & Z Remodeling. They took our design wishes and made them a reality for us. Bill helped every step of the way, coaching on various design choices in advance of the upcoming work, which really kept the project moving. Communication was excellent, and everyone met our high standards and even went the extra mile. It was a pleasure working with Bill and Matt and their hard-working crew and talented tradespeople. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a great remodeling team at a reasonable price!

Working with S & Z Remodeling was an amazing experience from consultation to completion. Bill, Matt, and their teams were attentive throughout the whole process. The project involved both additions to the existing house and remodeling within. The project ran very smoothly with deadlines being met and budget projections on target. Bill and Matt did an extensive remodel of our home and it is fantastic. A project like this can be exhausting and lengthy but they made sure to be here on time and the project finished quicker than I imagined. They also are a lot of fun to work with. Thanks for the beautiful “new” home.
