We recently completed a kitchen remodel with Michael & his team.We are so happy with our outcome and Michael made the process so easy all things considered(COVID issues arouse 3weeks after we started the project!)Michael is a total professional and he and his crew were very respectful that they were working in our space.I have done several remodels over the years and this was definitely the best experience I have had.We plan on doing more projects with Michael and his exceptional team!

Michael and his staff have been involved with our remodeling/updating projects since the 1980s, both as a subcontractor and as a prime contractor. We've had a great relationship over the years and looking forward to many more. Michael's mastery of the integration of color and design make him and his team ideal partners with a homeowner to bring a vision to reality. Michael’s painter was painting my home exterior when I was having my small bath remodeled by another contractor. I asked Michael about some issues with the bath remodel design and he gave me wise and timely advice. I was pleased with the results. So when I decided to remodel my larger bath, I had the confidence to hire McMillan Remodels to handle the project. Michael suggested tile, bathroom fixture and design stores to consider. I had some ideas in mind and Michael helped me clarify what I wanted. I am so delighted with the results, the tile work is beautiful, the paint colors are perfect, and the granite, tile and vanity all coordinate well. I eventually used my grandmother’s mirror in the bath because it was the perfect size and really just what I wanted. He discovered a leak in the old iron drain in the bath and I am so glad that Michael’s plumber was there to replace it and solve that problem. Michael also reinforced the studs of the bath walls from a past termite attack, and had a termite inspector check it out. The walls in my home were draped with plastic while he worked which protected it somewhat from all the dust. It was certainly livable for me, while he was working in my home. I am totally pleased with the results and will definitely use McMillan Remodels again.

Michael opened up a wall and remodeled my kitchen. He and his crew were wonderful to work with. Michael had great ideas, let me change my mind many times and paid so much attention to detail. I love the work he did and I'm so proud of my new kitchen and living room!

McMillan is absolutely the best remodeler in the business! I have a large Tudor home and we needed to turn the formal dining into a library. We needed it done in a way that respected the original style. I don't think anyone could have done exactly what we wanted the way Michael and his team did. My project is featured on this site and we couldn't be happier.
