Floors wood or wood-tile?

Hi there! Are these floors hardwoods, or tile that mimics the wood look? They are stunning in this space, and really "pop" against the white tile.

Yes, it is tile. The trend today seems to be a lighter, weathered wood look. It took some searching to find this darker color to state a contrast. This porcelain also is textured, like a distressed wood floor. A colder floor in temperature than wood, but easier to maintain. Also great for homes with large, active dogs!
