My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

These guys produce high quality work in a timely manner for a competitive price. They have worked on at least five projects for us, and we have plans for them to do two bathroom remodels as well. I feel that beyond the high quality work, this crew also does some (above and beyond) things that make having work done in the house a bit easier for us. They noticed we take our shoes off before we go in the house, so they do too. When we had no shades up in the master bathroom while they were replacing windows, they made sure they covered the windows with a thick tarp before they left each evening so we could still have privacy to shower. They let us know the days paint will be strong smelling or machinery will be loud. These are just a few examples. We have been very pleased with every project and I would highly recommend Miles Construction Northwest.

Last year, MCNW transformed my dank, dusty, unfinished basement into a sumptuous Man Cave. This design-and-build project included custom closets and bookshelves; in-ceiling speakers and wall-mounted TV with all cords hidden; a wet bar and refreshment center; and much more. MCNW was on-time and on-budget. Workers were quick, clean and courteous. I can't say enough about this fantastic project--start to finish!
