Phillips Kitchen Wally and his crew did a great job on our kitchen remodel. They worked fast and were able to work around the problems of getting appliances and cabinets during a pandemic. Our new kitchen is now the dream kitchen we always wanted thanks to Neighbors Remodeling. Wally was even able to get the countertop material that we really wanted even though it was not readily available to them. Great job guys! Thank you so much!

I had a great experience with Neighbors Home Remodeling on my master bathroom remodel. Wally was very helpful offering ideas to get the most out of my budget and his team is very talented. Wally was there all along the design process, helped pull together tile styles, colors, cabinet types, etc. all while keeping my budget in mind. We made some plan changes mid stream during the project and his team had no problems adjusting. I now have a modern master bath with a huge shower that I LOVE! I have more projects I want to complete in this house and I plan to call Neighbors Home Remodeling because I know they will do the job right.

I have been in and around the construction industry my entire life and Wally has a great understanding of current construction processes and practices. He is very sensitive to costs and trying to stay within our budget at the same time he is flexible and open to ideas that my wife and I have proposed to make our project unique.

Wally and his team have impressed us from the get go. He showed up for our initial meeting on time, which really set the precedence. He offers suggestions but values our taste and wants as well. Wally has shown up to every single appointment we've had- cabinets(multiple!), plumbing, lightings.. etc. We are a few weeks into a kitchen/living space renovation and his team(Rusty and Matthew) have surpassed my expectations. They communicate with us and keep us up to date on progress, and we trust them in our home when we are both working. Wally makes a point to meet with us at least once weekly to review weekly progress, any issues, and the upcoming week's plans. Yes the project will take an extended time, but the point is, they do not cut corners, which is a win in the long run. We are confident we made the right decision on choosing Wally and Neighbors Home Remodeling to renovate. To top it off, Wally and the guys keep me laughing and have great personalities! He also brought us toblerone chocolate for Halloween :)

We have used Wally’s crew for multiple projects through the years and have always been happy with the work. From a full basement remodel, a giant beautiful outdoor deck, to most recently repairs on outside trim around our farmhouse! Great work done in a timely manner at a fair price. Next up? A carport!!

There's one word that comes to mind when I think of Wally: partner. At every point in our basement renovation, Wally was there to help us from picking tile and flooring and to his patience when we had changes to the project, big and small. In addition, his team members were extremely courteous and professional. They paid close attention to every detail. They made sure to take their time to ensure the job was done right the first time.
