We had a new patio door installed and the whole process was seamless, from placing the order to installation. The salesman was very professional and answered all our questions. He explained the timeline and what type of communication we would have until the patio door arrived. We were communicated with periodically on the status of our door and if we were still on schedule. The door arrived when they said it would, and we had to set up an appointment for installation. Next Door worked with us for the installation day, so that it worked for our schedule. The installer and door were on time, and they immediately went to work by setting up all the necessary barriers to keep clean-up to a minimal inside and out. I was watching the installer, and I noticed how detailed oriented he was. Checking his measurements and the appearance of his work. He also communicated some of his work to me while I was watching him. After completion the installer cleaned up and then showed and discussed the end result. It was exactly as we wanted, the workmanship was great, and the quality of the product was first class. We would recommend Next Door & Window to anyone. Great job! I had new french doors installed. I was very pleased with every step of the process. The sales associate was informative, clear, and not at all pushy. When I asked him to make a second visit he did without an issue. Communication was clear throughout the process and the installers were amazing. When they were finished it was as though they were never here. They left no mess and even brought their own garbage can for clean up! The doors are beautiful and high quality. I would use this company again and highly recommend them.

Great experience from start to finish. Our sales person had incredible product knowledge and was able to readily address our concerns. The installation crew got the job done between a snowstorm and the coldest day of the year. I’m extremely happy with the result and would not hesitate to fully recommend them.

Everyone at NEXT was an absolute pleasure to work with, From the very first contact with Dave Saam to the completion meeting with the installers. At every step along the process they did exactly what they said they would, when they would, and how they would. We live our new windows and doors and are 110% satisfied. I purchased 14 windows from NEXT Door and Windows in October 2022, and they were installed on 6/30/23. Several problems make me want to never use this company again: 1.Two large windows (double hung) in my dining room were measured incorrectly (despite two separate measurements being performed), and these were not replaced on the original installation day. These needed to be re-ordered, and then a second installation date (9/2/23) was required 8 weeks later. 2.The bathroom window was supposed to be a new opaque window. The sales person mentioned that the new window would only allow a form to be seen, but that details would not be visible. However, after the bathroom window was installed, I noticed that details could be clearly seen from the outside. This window (now very transparent) makes the bathroom not usable unless I have the window covered completely. This was unacceptable for a new window that was supposed to provide privacy. The service team needed to return on 7/29/23 to perform work on this window to make it more opaque. 3.During the installation day, the installation team was asking me if I wanted the frames to be “picture frame” or if I wanted to keep the original style of the frame of the windows. In addition, the installation team wanted to know whether the outside color of the windows should be white or beige. This was concerning because I went over this in great detail with the sales team. This lack of communication worried me about the quality of the communication of NEXT’s teams. 4.Blinds were supposed to be re-installed after the windows were installed (according to my contract). However, there was a change in the dimensions of several windows: a picture window bookended by two double hung windows were changed to a picture window bookended by two casement windows. Since the dimensions of these windows have changed, I can no longer use the old blinds—I will need to order new blinds to fit these windows. This was not discussed during the sale of the windows. In addition, the old blinds were not installed. The sales manager mentioned that I was charged for this re-installation (since it was in my contract); however, no attempt was made to credit me after I brought this up several times. 5.On 7/1/23 the service manager came to inspect the problems with the windows, and he discovered that one double hung window that was installed was very difficult to open. This required a separate visit from the service team (7/29/23) to perform work on the window so that it could open smoothly. Despite these problems, it took multiple phone calls and sending pictures to the leadership of NEXT Door and Windows to convince them that there were problems. The transparent bathroom window concerns were initially dismissed since “everyone orders that window for the bathroom.” It took a photo before they agreed that there was a problem. From the time we met our salesman Roberto all the way down to the installers..Everyone was professional, listened,helped us pick out the right windows for our home. NEXT installed a beautiful front entry door that visitors have commented about frequently. Everything about the transaction and the product and installation we view as excellent. The most recent door, an entry door from the garage to the house, was installed in April 2020 and it too has pleased us immensely. We highly recommend the products and the excellent service.

Top notch service from start to finish. No high pressure sales - instead, a completely consultative and extremely helpful approach. Very different than the big name competitors we also spoke with, including RBA. Gary was great in identifying better ways to address certain windows, often recommending less expensive ways to get things done. The work turned out fantastic, the windows are beautiful and functional, and the team delivered on everything they promised. Highly recommend.
