We have had a wonderful experience with Kim. She quickly had a vision for our home and saw potential we were struggling to see. She is very decisive specifically about color and that proved to be pivotal in building a luxurious foundation for our projects. She has aligned herself with amazingly talented resources with an emphasis on quality and reliability. As we wrap up the final details of our projects, we are reminded daily of the value of Kim’s leadership and talent. She works incredibly hard and she is very quick to respond when we have questions. I definately recommend Kim for any project, big or small. She keeps up with the trends.

I found Kimberly extremely easy to work with, along with having a great eye for design she took a lot of care to make sure the project was done right. It was evident from our first meeting and throughout the project that she was an excellent deign who instantly "got it". I am doing a remodel of my kitchen and Kimberly is amazing on her ability to coordinate cabinets, paint, flooring, counter tops and back splash. I have an idea of what I desire and Kimberly hears and shares her design ideas on paper and the results are beyond what I imagined. I love the fact that she designs a little out of the box instead of cookie cutter. I will be using Kimberly and Niosi Design for all of my interior and exterior design needs.

Kimberly staged an investment property for us. Her carefully chosen design - the furniture and accessories, along with insightful furniture placement (in an UNUSUAL floorplan!) - helped us sell in less than a week! We are happy to be working with her again!
