We hired Carolynne and her crew to re do our Kitchen. Carolynne was amazing. She is creative, efficient, flexible, fun, and was incredibly patient with us! She is quick at finding solutions and went out of her way to make sure that we were happy with the results. She was always on time and ready to go. we couldn't have asked for anyone better! Highly recommend!

My husband and I hired Carolynne to assist us in renovating our kitchen and bathroom, in a townhouse in Ottawa. She was clearly very knowledgeable and experienced with the required design of the kitchen which maximized the use of a relatively small space. She kept to our budget and worked exceptionally well with our contractor. Carolynne was always available to discuss any concerns and went above and beyond the call of duty in a couple of circumstances, much to my relief. One particular strength was her ability to recognize our style preferences and provide feedback to us in that regard. As well, she was able to prevent us from getting overwhelmed with choices for such things as tiles and paint colours by listening to the themes in our conversations and presenting us with only a few of the best options. We have worked on 3 different projects with Carolynne; we have found that she quickly assessed our taste and our needs and always worked within our budget. Her suggestion were usually right on. The finished products always mirrored her designed plan. We of course trust her implicitely and highly recommend her!

I love my new kitchen!! Carolynne did an amazing job of creating a whole new look and feel to our kitchen on a slim budget. She is a listener. She listens to what you want and then makes suggestions giving you enough options to make a concrete decision. Her master design booklets not only make it easy to visualize the final product but they make it simple to order the supplies needed. The builder LOVED the booklet as it made the job easy to quote and the details made it easy to complete.
