I order in september 2019 a kitchen faucet on Houzz. It started to leak in march 2020. I realy didn’t know what to do. I was lucky to have the invoice on the box. Bath Select was very helpful in allowing me to purchase a new diverter for my shower system, at a discount, after I had to fire my contractor, Jones Homes Group, for improperly installing it. The customer service agent at Bath Select, Marzena, was very helpful and understanding of my issue. She went out of her way to speak to her manager about my issue and offered me a discount, which was very helpful, considering I was having to tear apart my shower and reinstall the system, all of which is an additional expense.

I have just purchased a great product from them. The delivery was pretty quick and it was easy to install it. I am very satisfied and would totally recommend it.

I am building a new home and it has taken a while to get to the point to put in this faucet set. She was very respectful and easy to work with. I purchased a Tub/Shower plumbing fixture with Bath Select months ago and installed with no problems. The fixture was well received and I purchased a second fixture to match the first. The second one came in missing the diverter. After calling and explaining the situation I was told the unit was out of warranty. I provided the invoice for the second unit showing that it was within 30 days of purchase as per the warranty information. After speaking with several representatives they agreed it was in warranty and issued a pick up for the fixture and refunded the amount I spent on the second unit. I had to replace the second fixture with an alternate fixture using a local supplier to meet my completion schedule. Their assistance in resolving the service issue quickly allows me to give a great review for the product and subsequent service department. Working with internet companies on service issues can be perplexing. Bath Select resolved this in a professional manner. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

Excellent customer service! We ordered 4 faucets and one of them had an issue 6 months later. They worked with us to send out a replacement and was fantastic to work with. Highly recommend.
