Sean does excellent work, goes above and beyond in terms of effort and communication, and we would unequivocally recommend him to anyone. He was a bright spot in our kitchen remodel, and we have had multiple guests comment on the obvious quality of various aspects of his finished work. With our project, Sean did a mix of custom and stock cabinets, and the results were fantastic. Sean also added additional customization on his own to solve design issues in the original plans, as well as quickly adapting in the middle of the project to fulfill requests of ours that (mistakenly) had not been conveyed to him beforehand. And, on his own accord, Sean built and gave us a custom chopping block from the leftover wood used for our butchers block island—a genuinely appreciated personal touch that we think is indicative of the type of contractor he is on the whole. Put simply, we felt it was obvious Sean cared about our project from start to finish, and this underlying quality of his positively influenced the process itself, our interactions with him, and the end result. We look forward to working with him again.

Sean Carlin is nothing short of a magician! He turned our dining room into a functional home office by building custom built-in and a custom glass door. I couldn’t have imagined it would turn out as perfectly as it did! I would recommend him for any project in your home. It’s almost like he could see inside my brain and read my mind for what style, color, preference I wanted, when I couldn’t even do that myself! If you’re even considering a project, get on his books now!

Sean built me a curved pergola around my patio. His attention to detail is unmatched and I am thrilled with the result. Can't wait to start him on the next project.

Mudroom Storage unit- Sean did a great job building a mudroom storage unit for my family. The craftsmanship was great, the design was clean, and best of all he was able to add some reclaimed wood to the bench to make the piece pop. I would recommend Sean to anyone thinking of a custom built project.

We have been working with Sean for several years now on various projects. Custom moldings, kitchen cabinet refacing, a beautiful custom mahogany front door, a gorgeous custom kitchen island with concrete counter top, too many projects to name them all. Sean’s work has truly transformed our two homes over the course of the years. The last work he did for us was a complete backyard hardscape and garage remodel. A HUGE undertaking and it turned out gorgeous (see pictures “Hardscape and Garage”). Sean is extremely talented, innovative, precise and very pleasant to work with. We highly recommend Sean.
