Thanks to reviews I read on the Houzz site, I have been buying replacement flooring from Simple Floors to update my apartment units for 8+ years. Every time, I’m given all the help I need to make the right decision for the application. The installation by Stepan and crew is always done perfectly and quickly. High quality products and absolutely the best customer service. Can’t recommend highly enough.

We visited this store about 3 times and finally bought the hardwood that they recommend. We asked about the quality of the product and both owner and the salesman assured us that this product is great quality one. After our installer laid about 500sf of this floor we decided to walk on it and realized that floor is squeaking and doing crazy noise because of the defect that occurred during the factory gluing all the layers of hardwood together. Not the owner of the business nor the factory is willing to take responsibility for this defective product. Now we have to pay for the new flooring and for the installer work.We have a lot of pictures and videos with defects and will take them to court.Dishonest companie stay away at any cost!!!!! I will not recommend this company to anyone

Second time I've used SimpleFloors for wood and carpet in my house. The first time, I shopped the market for months, visiting every place that was recommended by friends and contractors. This time, I know better and went straight to SimpleFloors without hesistation. Range of products to fit every budget from super high-end and economical - always at lower prices than other places. The best part is they do installation too, so I didn't have to worry about finding a separate contractor. Beautiful results.

He was super patient and helpful throughout the whole process...loaned me tons of large samples to take home and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Knowledgeable not only about flooring but also installation which was a huge bonus for us since we're doing it ourselves. After deciding on a floor, found better pricing elsewhere...John matched the price and was able to get me the flooring a lot more quickly than any other supplier. Excellent experience and I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone.

We originally found Simple Floors thru an ad on Craigslist. Although the original order from overseas mfr. was the wrong color, they reordered, although we had to wait several weeks longer, the floor is just what we wanted. Many thanks to Charlie and Tammi at Simple floors. Definitely recommend them to anyone.

We are very satisfied with SimpleFloors. They had many selections to offer, but after listening to us, only recommended materials that would fit our desires and budget. Their installation team was very efficient, thorough, and showed much attention to detail in making the floor hatch to the crawl space and transitions from one room to another.

Project: Second floor engineering hardwood installation. We thought for about a year to do it and considered several companies and finally chose simpleFLOORS based on a friend's recommendation and a tour to their house to check the work of this company. Business person interaction: Tammi was recommended by our friend to handle the overall project. She was very professional and patient with us, and went through the whole process with our satisfaction as her highest priority. She helped a lot and made the usually stressful remodeling project surprisingly easy and peacefuy for us. Installation team: The floor installation team is probably the best one in the area. The team lead Stepan is a true expert in what he does, and he did a fabulous job on stairs. The whole team worked very hard. Value: Every dollar I spent in this project is worth it, from planning to material to installation. It feels so good every time I look at my floor. Because of my recommendation, one of our friends also hired simpleFLOORS for their floor job. This is the company I would love to deal with, hope they grow and thrive and serve more people in the area.
