My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Our firm focuses on building classic and functional spaces with a modern touch. Every detail is considered in our projects; working closely with the contractor and the design team on remodels or ground up construction. Interior Design is approached at an early stage, taking in consideration the spatial flow and furniture layout establishing a harmonious synergy with the architectural integrity and furnishings. Our interior design approach includes clean lines, symmetry with a sense of classicism, knowing restraint and where to embellish. The interiors are thoughtfully curated with bespoke furnishings and beautiful living spaces that reflect the clients lifestyle.

We hired Taylynn to help with a second story addition and whole house remodel. Originally, I only planned to use her for the design elements in our kitchen and master bath...but after working with her and touring her other jobs, we ultimately decided we wanted her input on our entire home. Taylynn is great to work with - she's professional, reliable and has a great eye. She's easy to communicate with and understands the balance between form and function. She isn't afraid to offer her opinion but values the needs and preferences of her client. She also has solid relationships with various subs and I'm very pleased with the design of our home.

We worked with Taylynn on remodeling our bathrooms and laundry room. She transformed our dated spaces into beautiful sanctuaries. She not only is extremely talented, but is a pleasure to work with as well. She had incredible ideas for each of the rooms, and was also excellent at listening to what we wanted. I think this is rare for interior designers - she was able to execute both her vision and ours in a way that was cohesive and perfect for the style of our house, leaving everything looking effortlessly chic.
