Scott a is true professional and a great communicator. He did an incredible job on our home remodel and was one of the few contractors who actually came in on budget, which is rare these days with other people I've worked with. He was available when we had questions and concerns, he and his crew cleaned up after themselves daily, he took the time to explain costs and how to save money to assist us in helping to stay within our budget and we couldn't be happier with the job he performed, our home looks amazing. They built a 1500 square foot steel building. It was exactly on schedule and on budget. The quality of the finished building is excellent.

My wife & I were going to remodel our home several years ago & interviewed Scott for the job. We didn't go through with the remodel at the time due to financial reasons, but we were so impressed with him, we kept his contact info for "some day." We recently inherited a property & needed someone to renovate it in order to rent out. The property needed quite a bit of work, so we called Scott after many years from the first time we met & he came over to look over the project. He's very easy to work with & isn't even remotely high pressure trying to upsell you on work. His estimate came in lower than we were thinking, so we proceeded with the renovation. The end cost came in a little higher as they always do in a remodeling situation with unforeseen situations, but most of the increase were stuff my wife & I changed to increase the value of the property to rent out. He continually looked for ways to save us money & in some cases suggested we not do some things we were considering doing because the cost wasn't worth what were trying to accomplish with the property being used as a rental. During the remodel, we encountered some water damage from a long slow leak into the floor. Scott coordinated with the insurance agent on our behalf & documented/photographed everything for us to submit to insurance, which was extremely helpful to us. The unit looks beautiful now & Scott got it done sooner than we expected, which was nice so we could get it on the market sooner. Last month, we rented the unit for $3050 a month. Now we're in the process of hiring him again to do the long ago remodel we wanted to do of our own home. Thanks Scott!
