I sold a 'tired' pool home in a great neighborhood, and referred the new owner to Holly Homes. Andrew met with the owner and listened to his needs. The end result was a beautiful renovation that was perfect for 'aging in place.' The home was entered in the local Parade of Homes and was well received with its sleek new kitchen, new master bath, hardwood flooring, and classic stone elevation that added instant curb appeal. The new owner was thrilled with his 'new' home!

Lifestyles has created kitchens, baths, office space and more for their Customers. The more recent 2014 Parade of Homes Remodelers' Showcase was a great opportunity to show of some of the latest products with examples of old school craftsmanship. After seeing the great work Andrew did enclosing my father's garage. Andrew helped me design a 1-bd pool house (aka casita-hope I spelled that right) with an enclosed inground pool within my budget. He was great in giving me some tips on the actual design to make it better to fit me, things I hadn't even thought of. He was there to oversee every aspect of the job from start to finish. If something wasn't done to his liking, then he had it fixed or redone. I love my cabinets & countertops, very high quality stuff which I didn't think I could afford in my budget. The deep tub & tiled walls are terrific. My bedroom is so spacious. Everyone (including myself) love the overall look & design of my new place. Everyone that walks in says, "Wow, this is really nice" or "this is really cool". If I had concerns or issues with anything, he IMMEDIATELY responded to me & gave his full attention to the matter. He gave me the best quality a homebuilder could ever give to a customer. Overall, he treated my pool house like he was building it for himself or his own family; with such great care. If I ever need anything done in the future, I will absolutely use Andrew again.

Working with Andy I was able to see his total commitment to his customers. He worked tirelessly to achieve and fulfill all their needs even after the job was complete. He won't leave you and is one of the most honest man I have ever met.

After purchasing an existing home, we hired Holly Homes to complete renovation on the inside and the development of a luxery patio in the back of the home. The project involved the movement of walls, new drywall, paint, tile and wood flooring as well as electrical and plumming work. The project was completed in an organized and orderly fashion with all questions and concerns posed to us for proper decision making. The cost was right on budget and timeliness of project steps remained ahead of schedule. The members of Holly Homes kept the home clean and secure as we had not yet moved in. I would not hesitate to hire the professionals at Holly Homes again in the future or to recommend them to anyone for projects of all sizes and scopes.
