About Us

We take pride in the fact that through our family owned and operated business we have been providing quality products and services to Hamilton residents for over 40 years. In addition to the quality swimming pool, patio and game room product lines we carry, we also operate a large service business. Our service fleet of 20 trucks, Ontario’s largest, assures prompt response to our customers’ needs during the peak season. Our service specialities include swimming pool openings and closings, liner and coping replacement, product set-up and installation and pool chemical maintenance. If you are looking to renovate your existing pool or replace your hot tub, give us a call at (905) 388-5391 or click the "Contact Me" button to send us a message. We look forward to working with you! We are conveniently located at 1333 Rymal Road East in Hamilton. Our store is open Monday through Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday from 9am to 5pm, and Sunday from 11am-4pm.

Right from the time Brad showed up to first see out yard and get an idea what we were looking for the Pool Shoppe started to shine. They were the only company on the first visit too all the measurements and grading calculations to come back to us with a 3-D virtual reality of what the pool would look like in our yard and very completive quote. The Pool Shoppe set a start time to begin work and were right on schedule. The pool Shoppe team was very professional, fun and caring. The trust factor was incredible, and our family had no trouble to take off on vacation for 3 weeks. The Pool Shoppe experience and expertise is second to none.I would recommend the Pool Shoppe to everyone looking for a pool. They are there to answer all your questions and needs well after your pool is completed. They do follow up calls. . the quality, the staff, well they have it all.

The Pool Shoppe came highly recommended and this proved to be a wise choice. Brad was very helpful with information and details in planning our first pool. Dave took over with construction and his attention to detail resulted in a beautiful pool with the project coming in on time and on budget. The Pool Shoppe owners, staff and service department have promptly responded to our questions and given advice when needed. Overall a wonderful company to deal with.
