These guys make my job so easy. I'm a local designer and it is great to be able to take my clients to a place where I am confident that they will produce a quality product and back it up with customer service. My clients all fall in love with something in their showroom every time. Nice, professional people and beautiful furniture!

The sofa company was so kind as to donate a set of two lovely custom built love seats as part of our pro-bono job at the Downtown Women's Center back in 2012. The sofas came out beautifully and were placed in the lobby - the residents of the DWC were thrilled. It was a true pleasure to work with the Sofa Company and we recommend them highly for any job.

The rep that helped us at the store was very helpful, but she did mislead us a bit about the product. I don't think it was malicious, she just was a bit misinformed. I would have liked to have been told accurate information, but it wasn't a huge issue. After the purchase was where the issues started: The customer service rep called to schedule delivery, and was nice, but she said "the system is down", and that she would call back to let us know whether or not we were locked in to the appointment. Monday morning I checked my phone, and saw that I had a voicemail, from the delivery team saying that they would be there in 25-30 minutes, and another call 20 minutes later (they had arrived). I was not expecting these calls, because the rep was supposed to call us back if we got the appointment. My mom was helping with this, because my wife and I are at work all day. She and I both left messages for customer service (and tried calling a few times between 9:00 and 10:00 AM). It is misleading to say your customer service line opens at 9AM, no one answers phones until after 10AM. The customer service person claimed to be a manager, and my mom explained the situation (customer service rep had said they would call us back). The "manager" said that "If it was her son, she would have called and followed up on her own." Insulting and blaming my mom for the issue, when your rep said she would follow-up! The lady blamed us for the issue, and took no responsibility, and was not apologetic at all. I received a call a bit later from the same "manager", and she told me that she had spoken to my mother. We rescheduled, but she was still rude. She did not apologize, and continued to blame us for the issue. She even went as far as to say "The young lady that you spoke to did her job, she scheduled it. I don't know about any call back, it's not on the paper." She had a very bad attitude, and everything she said came off as very aggressive/blaming. She also complained about my mom getting upset at her (after she blamed us for the whole issue). She continued to blame us, and cut me off when I tried to explain the situation. We spent over $5,000 at this store, and this is the worst treatment I have ever received from a company. The only redeeming qualities were the sales person being nice (even if some of the info we got wasn't accurate), and the delivery people being nice. Customer service and setting up the delivery are a nightmare, I would suggest taking business elsewhere if you want to be treated like a valued customer.

Last week, we took delivery of a sofa that we designed and purchased from The Sofa Company. We selected the style, material and size to match our space perfectly. Kristen was so helpful. She answered a million questions and relieved all anxiety about purchasing a large, expensive piece of furniture, sight unseen. She took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped to guide our choices. The sofa was finished ahead of schedule. We received pictures of the sofa when it was complete, and we tracked over the long trip from CA -> MD. It will be enjoyed by our family for many years to come!

I love this sofa so much! I ordered it for my college dorm room, and all my friends use it to chill in. Plus, they like to stay the night and sleep on it. It is pretty confortable, easy to put together, and looks nice. Overall, it is a great buy. I would get it again in a heartbeat.

I worked with this company and also purchased furniture from this company. The furniture is very well made with any upgrade you could want. My furniture has lasted and the memory foam I used for the seats is terribly comfortable. This is a company who cares about their clients from the beginning to the end.

My Girlfriend and I just bought our first couch from here and the experience couldn't have been better! They showed us around the showroom and explained to us that we could pick out the style, firmness, and material of our couch as well as build it with custom measurements. They're very patient with us and made the process so simple! There quick production was great and having the couch delivered was awesome- couldn't have been easier! I was able to completely design my living room furniture exactly how I wanted. I customized the sofa style, fabric/color, fill inside the cushions and even the size! I picked out two accent chairs, an ottoman and pillows to match. It was a one stop shop! I love it!

I specified my piece to use the best quality materials and construction, 8-way hand-tied springs with a hardwood frame and kapok wrapped over soy foam seats. My sofa will be one that lasts through the generations and I wouldn't have it any other way.

The sofa company is great! My boyfriend and I got exactly what we wanted, which is very hard to do considering we can't agree on anything. It was painless and fun and would do it again!
