We proudly manufacture all our product locally, at our facility in Coquitlam, Canada. We have 5 levels of custom cabinetry products, in order to offer clients Troico has been raising the Vancouver home renovation and design bar through innovative and beautiful concepts, and superior project management. Extremely poor delivery and install of project. In this price point and level of marketed quality they fall way short of the bar expected. A competitive market would challenge their survival as they simple don’t do what the say they will do. A critical element of trust a business must earn with action.

Galileo Thermometer Science Kit

This company has the worst customer service I have ever encountered! We originally had a problem with customer service when we were in the purchasing stage. We would ask for information and/or specifics and our phone calls and emails would go unanswered for weeks. Then we would hear from them and they would only address one or two of our concerns. We discussed our displeasure with them but were advised that two of their principals had encountered health emergencies so they couldn't help the slow/non responses. We got our vanity installed and were very happy with it until a small problem presented itself. We needed to find replacement clear bumpers so our doors would close properly. We tried to source them elsewhere, but couldn't find the right size, so I contacted Troico. They responded immediately, saying if we gave them our address they would mail us some clear bumpers. We gave them our address about 7 weeks ago and have still not received them. We have emailed them a number of times to follow up on this, but no one has given us the courtesy of a response. I know this is a small item, but it is annoying that I have to live with vanity doors that do not close squarely. Would have been so easy to have a satisfied customer, but they chose to ignore us.
