We had a good experience working with Unique. Our sales rep was Suzie. We had a delay in the install due to a surprise with the material that was needed for the wood floors. But we could get it all squared away and the change of material and installation date was dealt with professionally.

We enjoyed working with Suzie and her staff. The gentleman who actually did our floors was top notch and matched the kitchen floor to the floors adjacent to this area. We can't really differentiate where the kitchen floor ends and the other floors start. Really a superb job! We would highly recommend Unique Floors and would use them again.

My wife and I are extremely pleased with our experience with the entire team at Unique Floor Design Center, who guided us to our beautiful new main floor hardwood flooring. We worked with Steven, who came to our home to measure and show us hardwood options. Their pricing for materials and labor crushed everyone we had brought out prior, including (hidden charge laden) big box and national flooring-specific companies and made a project we were beginning to lose hope in very much possible. The installation crew was nothing short of fantastic, finishing the main floor of our townhome in a single day (carpet removal and hardwood installation). I've never been witness to a harder working crew and the end-result of their work is beautiful. Transformative. THANK YOU! Unique Floors installed porcelain tile throughout my basement as well as Ditra radiant heat panels below the tile in a portion of the basement. Suzanne, the sales representative, provided a comprehensive and competitive quote and was easy to reach throughout the process for all of my questions. She even met our lowest offer on tiles so that I was able to get the tiles that I really loved. Carlos, the installer, was professional, friendly and very skilled at his trade. He arrived promptly each morning with all the necessary supplies and support. The job ended up taking a couple days longer than expected but Carlos and his crew came in on Saturday and Sunday to make sure everything was completed before the following week. My basement floor has lots of angles, unleveled portions and multiple transitions to other tiles in other rooms. Carlos and his crew did a fantastic job navigating these issues, leaving behind a beautiful, professionally crafted, perfectly level floor. I would highly recommend Unique Floors to anyone looking for a quality flooring job at a very competitive price

Jason and the rest of the guys in the office were very knowledgeable and great to work with for our hardwood and carpet job. The installers (luis and others) worked quickly and were patient with my extremely detail-oriented husband. Most importantly, their prices are the best!! They were almost $700 less expensive than another quote we got, for the same job and similar materials.

Every individual we interacted with at Unique Floors, from the receptionist to the technician who gave us the estimate, and to the installers, was highly professional. The technician in particular took the time to explain various options and provided suggestions without trying to bias our decisions. The installers arrived when they said they would and were very conscientious in everything they did, to include keeping various doors closed to keep our casts contained. The work was done in a timely manner and to our total satisfaction.

Th customer service with Unique Floor design was top notch. Since we were going through a basement remodel before they could install the carpet, Steve followed up often to get an idea of when would be best to schedule the installation. We finally were completed and gave the green light on the install which went very well and was extremely efficient.

We replaced the carpets on the second level of our house with hardwoods via Unique Floors. Our experience was very positive and we are quite happy with the job they performed. I've been in contact with Jason and Steven to plan for the job. They are both responsive and dedicated professionals. The job took 1.5 days in total. Luis and Eduardo did great job on the floors. They had very polite manners with great flooring skills. After the first project was done, we had a second project with UF for our main level area. This time existing engr hardwood got replaced with solid hardwood and porcelain tiles. Similar to the first job, they did an excellent work and provided dedicated customer service during the entire process. In addition to the folks mentioned in the first job, Peyman got involved in cases where critical decision making was needed. Very trustworthy and skillful folks! We recommend UF to anyone needing flooring needs.

I just moved from AZ and was in desperate need for new wall to wall carpet that was pet friendly (really pet accident friendly) for my new home while I am stationed here in NOVA. I choose 3 companies based of all the reviews. 1 company never showed up and not even a phone call. The other provided me a quote over the phone based off my measurements. Unique Floor Design Center was the only company that would commit to coming out, take measurements and bring samples. Even though my job wasn't the biggest out there, they took care of me just the same

I decided to go with Unique Floor Design Center due to their professional from start to finish. I received 3 other quotes and they were all more and much less professional. The one major difference was that they provided me a quote that was broken down line item, by line item. I had one company (that will remain nameless) write the total for the project on a torn sheet of yellow paper. When someone spends in excess of 10K, I really needed to trust the company and I picked the right one.

We recently had Unique Floors install hardwood flooring for the main level of our townhome in Burke, VA . The work is beautiful and they are very nice to do business with. I will be using them in the future with clients.

I contracted with Unique Floor for new wall-to-wall carpet in our upstairs bedrooms and finished basement. The carpet and pad I selected was offered at a very reasonable price. There was no attempt to "up sell" me on more expensive products as other carpet stores sometimes do. Room measurements were taken the same day and turned out to be precisely accurate. Our original installation date had to be postponed due to the company's truck breaking down en route to our home, but they worked with me to re-schedule for the very next day. Installation was performed efficiently by a two man crew. They moved our furniture, took up the existing carpet and pad and installed the new materials. Before laying the new carpet, we asked them to install screws to stop the squeaking that was occurring in a few boards - a service that our hardwood company had provided automatically. The crew said they "were not being paid to do that," but if directed by the store manager they would comply. A quick call to Steve at the office resolved the issue and they fixed all the squeaks. If not for this little difference, Unique Floor would have received a fifth star. It was a pleasure dealing with Unique Floors. I recommend you consider them for all your new carpet needs.
