My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What color is this floor?

    This was a customer color. The floor is maple and we used a mix of stains to get that color. It was not easy but after some trial and error, it was probably one of my favorite projects. The stains we used was a ebony & dark walnut mix but I don't remember the exact proportions.
