Five Stars for Sandland Construction Experienced, Professional, and Reliable We live out of state and feel very fortunate to have found Sandland Construction who worked with us to make our dream home come true. Beth and Randy Sandland immediately understood what we wanted to accomplish and were enthusiastic about our vision. Randy's knowledge and experience in construction are self-evident when we look around our new home. His attention to detail and his workmanship are impressive, and we feel confident that our house was built to the highest standards. Special thanks to Randy's crew for their hard work and dedication. Beth's management of our project was nothing short of exceptional. Although we were unable to be on site during most, if not all, of the construction, she kept everything running smoothly. There were some challenges, such as supply chain disruptions, a tornado, and heavy rainfalls during the build, but Beth calmed our fears and kept us well-informed with regularly scheduled Zoom meetings, and plenty of photos and videos. Beth's sense of design and her ability to pick up on our preferences made our home a true reflection of what we had imagined. Her vast knowledge of cabinetry, counter tops, tile, flooring, etc. was an invaluable source to us in making the best decisions. We absolutely love our new home. It is truly a legacy build.

Hands down the best decision I ever made when choosing a contractor to do my remodel was go with Sandland Construction. I purchased a 1993, 4200 sqft, 5 bed 5 bath home that had not been touched since 1993, and they transformed my home into a stunner. Not only are they amazing at what they do, but you are so at ease when working & talking with them. I was a nervous wreck as this was my first renovation and they set me at ease with how easy and seamless they made the process and how they explained things as we went along. My home took 5 months to remodel since the project was so big, but it came out amazing and I absolutely love it! If you're looking for top quality work and attention to detail, Sandland Construction is the place to hire for your project. I couldn't have made it through that renovation without them.

Randy and Beth are a fantastic team and handled our bathroom and laundry room remodel in a very professional manner. They remodeled three bathrooms and one laundry room in the last quarter of 2021, during the covid outbreaks in our area. Beth was able to work with the various suppliers and contractors to ensure supply chain deliveries and timing of the overall job stayed on track. She also provided a great sense for decorating and styles to modernized our home. Randy has great experience with all aspects the job, from moving walls, to drywall and electrical and plumbing. He has a very keen attention to detail so that the completed work is 100% satisfactory. I would recommend Sandland Construction to everyone interested in a home remodel or upgrade or any aspects of home construction.
