Rehab Project

This house was erected somewhere around 1940 to house workers for the two dams being built in north central Arkansas; Bull Shoals and Norfork. Originally a small two bedroom cabin, the house was added on to over the years. Unfortunately, it was also taken away from - and had many structural issues.

This extensive remodel and partial rebuild took 8 months to complete and cost $197,000. After complete the home was a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath with expansive kitchen, dining and living areas, a sun room in just under 1900 SF.
