We had an ensuite bathroom complete make-over done last year by Westend and were so pleased we got them to finish our basement with two rooms and a bathroom a year later. Both times they were more than professional with first class workmanship. The crew would arrive every day and were pleasant to have in the house. The project was well managed and we were kept informed as they went along. A real plus with Westend is that you only visit one showroom, get guidance choosing your products and then leave it to them to order and make sure everything is delivered on time.

We hired Westend for an ensuite reno (after having them renovate our kitchen in 2020) and again they were amazing to deal with. From the initial consultation to discuss the project with Allen and Kendra, to subsequent appointments, the entire process was seamless and quite enjoyable. The crew were amazing to deal with, extremely skilled and always willing to answer our questions and keeping us informed each step of the way. The work was done in the time frame they quoted and we are thrilled with the end result. We will be using Westend again to renovate our main bathroom. There is no one else we'd rather deal with. We just had our bathroom renovated including a tiled shower with glass doors, pocket door and half wall. The customer service has been excellent from day one, it was hassle-free one stop shopping with direct access to an interior decorator. Everything was clearly articulated in the contract, no surprises, and they are competitive with any other contractor in the business, big or small. I had my bathroom en suite gutted and refinished by this company. The designer helped to show me what I had described what I wanted. I chose and then a plan was worked out. The installation occurred close to when it was supposed to. The company came back twice until I was totally satisfied with the work that was done.

Westend Bath and Kitchen has two stores near my house. Everytime I need a plumbing related item, they vcome up with the best product within my budget. They are very good at honoring their warranty as well. I purchased about 11 diffrent items including a light fixture for our dining room over the years. We will go back if and when an item is needed without thinking twice.
