About Us

Voted "BEST OF HOUZZ" 8 years in a row! EVERY year since they joined in 2012! These 34 yr. Senior Kitchen/Structural Designers specialize in kitchens between $30K-$100K+. They consistently design 90 kitchens/year on average (some years over 150 kitchens!). They've designed thousands of kitchens and contract in the high 7 figures annually. Their basic kitchen "Design Fee" is only $750! They only show about 10% of their projects on Houzz yet they have over 1,100 pics in their "projects" area! Over 10,000 of their pics had already been saved by Homeowners as of DECEMBER 2016! They're the only male-female design team in the 3 states they cover. They think "out-of-the-box" and will present their clients with designs beyond the scope of basic kitchen designers.

John and Brigitte are great to work with. We had a vision for our kitchen and they helped us bring it to life. We love how our project turned out. Some of the things I appreciated about working with J&B include their speed and flexibility. We iterated through different designs and they turned the changes around very quickly. Also, design is all they do so you can take your design to multiple contractors to get comparative bids, which is what we did. We ultimately chose one of the contractors that they recommended and we couldn't have been happier with the firm that build out our kitchen. Finally, J&B create multiple renderings from different views of the room which really helps you envision how your new space will look. All in all, a great experience.

John and Brigitte were helpful with their expertise from the first meeting to the lighting, tile and granite edges for our finishing touches. John and Brigitte helped us design a dream kitchen that we will be thrilled to have and entertain in for years to come! John had expertise in making designs that utilize our ideas and the space with professionalism and add his experience with cabinets to make our kitchen not only gorgeous, but useful. With some areas not having much space for cabinets due to windows, John made the cabinet design where the staggering of the cabinets by our desk took any concerns away of what we could not figure out on our own. Brigitte was a great interior designer who gave us much needed opinions, whether in person meeting at the kitchen remodel company's showroom, granite company or our home, along with John. Brigitte helped with so many choices and helping us make decisions that were our style for the cabinets, lighting, granite and granite cut, handles, and sinks, after presenting our options. They worked fast with designs so that we could get our cabinets ordered in 2017. They were always polite and professional. We smile every time we enter our kitchen and enjoy the wonderful kitchen they helped design. John and Brigitte are a perfect design team!

We recently gutted the kitchen of a home we purchased and hired J&B to do the kitchen design. John and Brigitte are wonderful to work with! What’s special about them is that they partner with their clients to create the initial design and continue to modify and tweak until the design is finalized. The design software John is especially adept in its use brings your kitchen to life in 3D which really helps to visualize the end result. Brigitte and John are creative not only in helping clients envision the design, but also in problem solving. Once the design is complete, they will continue to work with the client as much (or as little) as the client wishes. They were instrumental in ensuring that all the aspects that are part of a kitchen remodel come together beautifully. J&B also introduced us to Kitchens, Baths and More who implemented J&B's design. Terry and Judy from KB&M were equally wonderful to work with. They were mindful of our budget, delivered quality material and workmanship and met an aggressive timeline to get our new kitchen up and running. I would hire both J&B and Kitchens, Baths & More in a heartbeat! They are delightful people with deep experience in kitchen design who demonstrate respect for a client’s opinion and budget.

We didn’t start out with a full kitchen remodel plan when we met with John and Brigitte but happy and pleased that we did the full redo. They were professional, helpful, and offered suggestions when we couldn’t make decisions or make up our minds on all the different choices we had. We also got to work with the contractor Terry and Judy who were just as helpful and professional. The carpenters exceeded our expectations and I would hire this whole group again in a heartbeat. You won’t be dissatisfied. They keep you on track and are mindful of your budgets.

We hired John and Brigitte for our kitchen remodeling project. They were very easy to communicate with, understood our needs, and worked within our budget. They were able to design and provide visual representation of the end product. During the process they modified our designs to our satisfaction. They provided excellent customer service and their response time was very rapid. Also they served as a great resource in providing further information on other products we needed in the process of remodeling our kitchen.

John and Brigitte designed our kitchen. Our first meeting was more than two hours. We had an in-depth conversation about our vision for the space and they took tons of measurements and photos. After that John worked on MANY versions of our design (about 5-7 in total) making adjustments based on our feedback. Brigitte was available to help us select finishes. Our favorite part was being able to see the design in 3D form on the computer. Their design software is fabulous and really helped us visualize the changes. Not only is our new kitchen beautiful but, equally as important, it is functional and makes perfect use of the space. We have ample room to work around each other while we cook and our guests have plenty of space to gather while we entertain. This project was a HUGE undertaking that required a lot of time and money. We are thrilled with the outcome and know that John and Brigitte's design was the perfect road map to get us here. Thank you J & B for playing such an important role in our dream kitchen.

To be quite honest, when we met John and Bridgette, we had no intention of actually remodeling our kitchen. Even driving to review the drawings, we did not intend to move forward - thinking our dream was just that. It was the vision that JandB presented to us that made us realize we HAD to remodel our kitchen. They were able to transform our 1959, dark, non-functional kitchen into something that looks like it came straight from a TV show. Our new kitchen is.a true gamechanger for us - whether we are entertaining or just enjoying a family meal together. Working with John and Bridgette was absolutely great - their honest, friendly approach and ability to design a realistic kitchen is what makes them special.

What a wonderful experience working with John and Brigette!!! From the very beginning until the final step of them coming back to take pictures of the completed project everything went seamlessly. After meeting at our house and discussing needs and what we were looking for John came up with a virtual design that was amazing. He worked with me through several revisions until we had the design exactly what I wanted. John and Brigette are true professionals with a wealth of knowledge on all the aspects of an extensive first floor remodel. They had lots of valuable advice and resources for us to use --- but no pressure to use 'their' people. I would absolutely use them again!!!!

Through the years we have worked with many professionals but John and Bridgett are the best by far. Their ideas and insight are inspiring and creat an atmosphere to allow the ideas to flow back and forth to create beautiful rooms. I would recommend J&B to everyone. I just can't say enough great things about our experience working with John and Brigitte! They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and easy to work with. They worked with us to develop a design for our kitchen remodel that was functional and really utilized the space we had to work with to the fullest. There attention to detail and years of experience was exactly what we needed. We are so happy with the outcome. Brigitte product knowledge was so helpful - I love my sink!! John's designs really helped us to "see" the project and John was always willing to make little tweaks for us along the way. I am so happy we found them - we love our new kitchen!
