Zarazua is the easiest company to promote because their work is spectacular. They pride themselves in paying attention to details. I’ve had Zarazua here to do every project since we bought this house. Everything from refinishing the floors, bathroom remodeling, room remodeling, exterior repair and painting, interior painting, and most recently the most spectacular covered porch that is exactly what we wanted! They hire the best people who are knowledgeable and great to work with. You won’t be disappointed! Don’t waste time with any other companies, Zarazua can do it all!

Zarazua is a phenomenal partner to work with for any home project or renovation you have. This is our 5th time working with Zarazua. Our 1st projects were painting interior rooms along with staining our back deck. 2nd project focused on siding repairs. 3rd project repaired an attic insulation issue we had along with repairing soffit. 4th project painted our master bedroom. And our 5th and largest project to date was putting in hard wood floors upstairs, painting the upstairs rooms, and renovating our master vanity. Zarazua knocked it out of the part every single time. They always go above and beyond. They care deeply about the work they do and want to deliver the best to their clients. They got us to quality hard wood oak to match perfectly with the wood floors we had downstairs. They increased our project to include painting mid way through and painted the upstairs with short notice. Working relentlessly to get this job done as quickly as possible. We will always work with Zarazua and recommend them to everyone we can. You cannot go wrong working with this team. What a great company! Juan and his team at Zarazua have done a lot of work on my house, and every time they have done it to a high standard, sent punctual and professional crews who kew what they were doing and were very courteous, and come in at a fair and reasonable price point. Though their main business is painting, they have professionals either on the team or in their network who can take care of lots more than just applying paint, always to the same high standards. Zarazua has to be the top outfit in the Triangle for this type of work, and I will never hesitate to ask them to step in for future house work, they're a pleasure to work with!

Zarazua Painting did an excellent job on our garage and porch project. Gerardo called or texted everyday to address any questions or concerns regarding the work. Lazaro, the leader, replaced the deteriorated wood and the team prepped for painting. They were on time each day, worked steadily and finished the project sooner than expected including a rain day. Very Professional.

Zarazua Painting donated their services to paint one room in a community fund raising event last year. We were lucky enough to win!! We used Juan to paint an entire house in preparation for selling it. He advised us on popular colors and his team did an amazing job. We weren’t initially going to paint cabinets but after seeing them we knew it made the kitchen pop. We also used his advice and recommendations for replacement of countertops which really made the house look great and very updated. From start to finish we had a great experience and sold the house. He also did our sons house and it was a remarkable improvement and his crew came back until our kids ( who are really picky) were totally satisfied. They went above and beyond in so many ways. We will always use them when we need painters.

Juan, Mario, and the entire Zarazua team continually go above and beyond our expectations. They are consistently prompt, professional, and complete outstanding work. We have now worked with Juan on multiple projects including interior and exterior painting, window and screen replacement, and minor electric and plumbing work. Each project was completed within our requested time frame (even if that caused an inconvenience for Juan and his team) and the quality of work is beyond satisfactory. I don't even know where to start... These guys are amazing. From day 1 when Juan came in to give us an estimate on the entire work, to Mario, working with us making sure we are happy with every single details, to Trinidad, explaining us details of the work and helping us make right decisions as we go, to Wendy, helping us organize things - these guys are amazing! Our house is pretty big, and we bought it in a questionable condition. I was skeptic about one company fixing everything we wanted the way we wanted. Not only they double and triple checked their own work to make sure that there are no glitches anywhere on the walls or floor, but they actually repainted part of our bathroom when we realized that we didn't like the color that we picked - for free! They went back and forth to the house for weeks with us to make sure that we were happy with the way our deck looks, and answered all the questions we had about it. And my favorite story is that when the hose on the side of the house (i'm telling you, it is an older house) got accidentally unplugged, Juan had his plumber (another man who knows what he does!) come and fix it within 24 hours. I could tell more stories and bring more examples of how these guys are second to none, but I suggest you hire them and make your own experiences with them. I promise you, you won't regret that decision. We are definitely having them back!

When three separate parties highly recommended Zarazua Painting to us, we took notice. Juan gave a very fair price, painting the entire house, refinish the floors and brought in a crew to open a wall. The work performed was of supreme quality, beautifully finished and Juan was at the worksite multiple times each day to make sure that everything went well. He's just terrific to work with, highly responsive and meticulous. Mario, who helps oversee the job site is energetic and utterly respectful and quite honestly, we enjoyed the collaboration with Juan and his crew so much, we were a bit sad when they finished---which they did in record time, leaving the house pristine and immaculate. We have had our two 19th century wooden houses painted many times. Never has a company done the prep work Juan's team did; they replaced rotted wood, refitted windows, repaired gutters and made no noise while doing it. They painted INSIDE storm windows on the sills. Juan did exactly as we asked and many things we didn't think to request. We were utterly overwhelmed with the exquisite finish of the home. We can give no more glowing a recommendation than we give to Zarazua Painting.
