Having recently replaced a kitchen faucet I'll be the first to tell you that putting in the new one is simple compared to removing the old one! Our old faucet nuts were so corroded that we should have used a dremel to cut it out, but didn't learn about that until after we muscled the old faucet out - which was so difficult and frustrating it took the entire weekend of trying different tools and both me and my husband putting our entire body weights into the wrenches that ultimately destroyed all the old parts (which we didn't need). The space we were working in was extremely tight - I think a dremel tool would have fit up in there. Hopefully we'll never need to know.
