This room was transformed from a home office space to a tween girl’s dream bedroom. Our woodland theme was achieved with soft sage-green walls, a floral patterned area rug, and forest-inspired lighting and accessories that play on the woodland theme. The beautiful built-ins for her books and knick-knacks, along with space for her dollhouse, were the finishing touches to this precious space.

Updated suburban kitchen with Brazilian Travertine counter tops. Special touches throughout add personality and charm, but didn't break the bank! These include: an antique crystal chandelier, custom urn lamps, Italian plate rack, collection of French baskets, stone farmhouse sink, trellis fabric on bar stools, burlap drapes, the curved backsplash, and iron gate.

AFTER: DINING ROOM | We removed the etched glass windows that ran throughout the main floor. We completely redesigned the staircase getting rid of the faux bamboo handrails and replacing them with solid maple handrails and hand forged iron detailing. New dark hardwood floors replace the previous travertine flooring. Jen chose a variety of perennial succulents for their hardiness and visual interest. "They have the texture and color that works perfectly in this area," she explains, "and they don't require a lot of maintenance."
