For an excellent entertaining area along with a great view to the large projection screen, a half wall bar height top was installed with bar stool seating for four and custom lighting. The AV projectors were a great solution for providing an awesome entertainment area at reduced costs. HDMI cables and cat 6 wires were installed and run from the projector to a closet where the Yamaha AV receiver as placed giving the room a clean simple look along with the projection screen and speakers mounted on the walls.

While renovating our 1920s vintage bungalow we wanted a special place for the cats so we added a screened-in porch also known as the cat porch as it's designed to please the indoor cats and keep them entertained all day! There are also walkways, corner platforms, and a sisal rope fireman's pole so they can climb up and down it like a tree and use it for a scratch post.

Everyone chilling out on the cat porch! We built steps up to corner platforms on each side of the porch and then more steps up to walkways along the top of the porch and over the screened door, so that there are plenty of spots for all our cats to enjoy the porch at the same time. We also built a fireman’s pole out of sisal rope so that they could climb up and down it like a tree and use it for a scratch post.
