This bathroom was redesigned as part of a full house renovation completed by Arani Construction Inc. in the Kerrisdale neighbourhood of Vancouver. The renovation focused on creating a clean, modern, and highly functional bathroom layout while maximizing light and visual openness. The shower features large-format tile walls with subtle stone texture and a recessed shower niche for practical storage. A frameless glass enclosure was installed to create a more open and spacious feel while allowing natural light from the window to reach the shower area. A modern vanity with an integrated sink and chrome faucet complements the minimal design. The frosted window provides natural daylight while maintaining privacy, and the mirrored medicine cabinet adds concealed storage. Together, these upgrades deliver a bright, contemporary bathroom that aligns with the overall interior renovation of the home.

We installed large format tile in a walk-in shower, along with a glass mosaic belly band, matching mosaic flooring and an LED lit niche.

This modern bathroom renovation in Coquitlam features a clean and functional glass-enclosed shower designed to maximize space and simplicity. Large-format wall tiles create a seamless appearance while reducing grout lines, contributing to a sleek and contemporary aesthetic. The shower includes recessed wall niches for practical storage of toiletries, integrated directly into the tiled wall for a clean built-in look. Matte black fixtures and hardware provide a bold contrast against the light natural stone–look tiles, adding a modern design element to the space. A frameless glass shower enclosure helps maintain an open visual flow within the bathroom while allowing natural light to reflect across the tile surfaces, enhancing the overall brightness and spacious feel of the room.

This Walnut Creek primary bathroom addition showcases a beautiful sage green double vanity paired with a freestanding soaking tub and matte black fixtures for a clean, modern aesthetic. Large-format tile flooring with radiant heat adds comfort and durability, while black and glass wall sconces provide warm ambient lighting. Large rectangular mirrors enhance light and scale, completing this elegant, spa-inspired bathroom design.
