A beautiful multi-width hardwood floor sprawls throughout this home. The pattern is a 3"-5"-7" and is much less busy than a hand-scraped texture or a walnut species. When it comes to a pattern, the 3"-5"-7" is elegant and different. This is the type of floor that the neighbors won't have. A keen eye will see that there is actually a dark coloring around the edges on each board. This is called a "French Bleed" and it adds a nice touch. While much more visible in person, many types of hardwood draw upon this to channel the character of each separate board.
