Raised breakfast bar island, housing five-burner cooktop, finished with rough-cut Eldorado limestone. Note the double-oven at the entrance to the butler's pantry. Upper cabinets measure 42" for added storage. Ample lighting was added with scones, task lighting, under and above cabinet lighting too.

Clopay Canyon Ridge Collection Ultra-Grain Series faux wood carriage house garage doors on a rustic lodge home. Constructed of insulated steel with composite overlays. Numerous designs with or without windows offered in three stain colors.

This client wanted to experience Santa Fe in Sierra Madre. Challenges were the steep hillside lot, great views, fire concerns and narrow car access. We created a rustic home with a low profile, lush surroundings and an air of quiet tranquility.
This rustic southwestern house uses reclaimed vegas and logs for the structural system and asphalt emulsion mud adobe walls for the finish. The house is like an adobe village separated into four structures connected by verandas, courtyards and log bridges.

The great room plan features walls of glass to enjoy the mountain views beyond from the living, dining or kitchen spaces. The cabinetry is a combination of white paint and stained oak, while natural fir beams add warmth at the ceiling. Hubbardton forge pendant lights a warm glow over the custom furnishings.

This MossCreek custom designed family retreat features several historically authentic and preserved log cabins that were used as the basis for the design of several individual homes. MossCreek worked closely with the client to develop unique new structures with period-correct details from a remarkable collection of antique homes, all of which were disassembled, moved, and then reassembled at the project site. This project is an excellent example of MossCreek's ability to incorporate the past in to a new home for the ages. Photo by Erwin Loveland
