These clients came to us with a tiny galley kitchen with a refrigerator in a separate room! Utilizing space from an adjacent three-season porch we created a larger, brighter more functional kitchen, with a slider to the patio. The "fridge room" became pantry space and the substitution of a barn door at the powder room and living room alleviated awkward door swings. The kitchen is now a great gathering space for this busy family. Cabinetry by Fabuwood, Counters by Silestone, Hardware by Amerock, Plumbing by Artisan

The Veranda Teak Swinging Bench is a full featured design, utilizing stainless steel hardware, and allows you to swing into the season with style. The Canopy protects you from direct sunlight, so that you can enjoy the comfort of your yard. Comes with a lifetime warranty. This versatile Swinging Bench has a micro-smooth finish so it won't snag materials or fabric items.

The Torii gate is actually the arbor structure (and not the swinging gate inside the arbor). This project utilized clear Western Red Cedar for the fence and arbor, and ipe (also known as Brazilian Walnut) for the swinging gate. The swinging gate is constructed using mortise & tenon joinery.

This metal gate was made to keep dogs in as well as allow garden machinery through when needed. We matched the fencing and added an arch for interest.

All new Butler's Pantry space created during a kitchen remodel. Utilized original swinging door used in this 1920's home. Cherry wood counters and custom printed wallcovering for backslash, Inset cabinets in a light green painted finish compliment with the adjacent white and gray kitchen.

The entrance porch leads to a verandah that accommodates a wooden seating area and scenic views of the tea estates. The living room houses handcrafted furniture, including a rustic swing that adds to the cosy appeal of the space. The fireplace with a low-height brick finish seating adds to the snug and warm vibe while the area below the staircase has been designed to accommodate storage, ensuring thorough utilisation of the available space. Sunlight streams in through the day while a charming chandelier does the job of illuminating the living room at night.
