Basement home theater, family room, and entertaining space. Featuring a Monitor Audio Gold Series and James Loudspeaker 7.2 surround system. Contro4 automated shades, sconce, pendant, can, and LED lighting provide the ability to utilize ambient light from the walkout basement in the bar/lounge area to create a "one room" connected feel when entertaining, or close the blinds for complete theater blackout for home movie viewing. Years ahead of the "Tuscan" rage of the late 90's early 2000's Ron drew on his love for old world homes and created a design that was years ahead of it's time. Now, Paradise Valley and Scottsdale are loaded with Old World styled homes. Ron brings an ability to look outside the box and find design types that will shape the future of the luxury home market. Currently he is working on developing a unique take on the traditional Ranch styled home. Calling it a Transitional Ranch, the style draws on the old ranch styled homes adding new materials and modern open floor plans.

A 2000 sq. ft. family home for four in the well-known Chelsea gallery district. This loft was developed through the renovation of two apartments and developed to be a more open space. Besides its interiors, the home’s star quality is its ability to capture light thanks to its oversized windows, soaring 11ft ceilings, and whitewash wood floors. To complement the lighting from the outside, the inside contains Flos and a Patricia Urquiola chandelier. The apartment’s unique detail is its media room or “treehouse” that towers over the entrance and the perfect place for kids to play and entertain guests—done in an American industrial chic style. Featured brands include: Dornbracht hardware, Flos, Artemide, and Tom Dixon lighting, Marmorino brick fireplace, Duravit fixtures, Robern medicine cabinets, Tadelak plaster walls, and a Patricia Urquiola chandelier.

Global Garden is a workplace that minimizes the impact on the environment and considers the needs of its co-workers. The concept is formal garden layouts, and the main focus is easily accessible and convenient for co-workers. The office is fair use for individuals of all abilities in terms of the use of wayfinding and a variety of work settings. This Interior focuses on staying close to nature in various aspects to boost the level of well-being and increase employees' performance throughout the office. These crucial aspects of design will help flexibility, socialization, and productivity between individuals to contribute to the process of growth, learning, and transition. The collaborative design of the facility will inspire people to collaborate both in the office and with others globally. In Conclusion, the design for this specific space will be developed to create an atmosphere that encourages the inclusiveness of co-workers' safety and well-being.
